Mine is still pending since the night they released it on the 21st. Anyone else have any luck or results yet?

are you guys pending from recent or back from when i am. i bought mine a few minutes after they opened it on the 21st, had to change it the next day and its been pending since then.

I'll let Chio respond to this one, as he's more in tune with the process, but he'd probably refer you to the Bliggo documentation, which suggests:

Your ad is likely in the queue, but Chio can clarify what that means.

During the beta, support questions go to the support system, not GFY. You may also want to submit a support ticket to get some help in understanding how to craft an ad -- the ad you submitted isn't really the greatest.

It's ... amazing. I got a walk-through of the back end, and a walk-through of the sites Chio has running on it now ... holy crap.

well i've been told on icq now that i'm out of the bliggo beta because i didnt handle things in the right way.

Is it possible to change from phrase links to bliggo ads if the phrase link is still pending?

i did that the first day through the support system and it was easy to get done. but now they've kicked me out for posting about it on gfy and not liking my attitude and are going to refund me.

in other words you hurt someones feelings :1orglaugh

There are a lot of people in the closed beta as well as the launch beta pending approval. I looked over your support tickets and it appears we needed the order ID to identify why your order was still pending and didn't receive that from you as of yet.

I understand that you are anxious to see how it works but there are a lot of people in the queue which helps to distribute the ads in a natural fashion. There also could have been a problem with your ad. For instance linking from something that would never get triggered is something we look out for.

A lot of people are inputting multiple words to be linked, not sure if it's something they are trying to get around (one word or phrase) or they just aren't completely sure how phrase links work.

In any case your refund as per your request will be process today.

That's funny, because it was ME you spoke to on ICQ, and after I told you I wasn't going to spend any more time talking in circles, you said:

You made a GFY thread after having your tickets replied to, and made it look like we never replied. We specifically asked you for information about your order, and instead of replying and getting your problem solved, you chose to go this route. You had ICQ conversations with Chio about how it worked, and made it look like we were just hanging you out there.

It's not anything personal, it's just not the level of drama we want to deal with in the live beta. For $100, you're getting a pretty sweet deal to test it out, but when you start to misrepresent what's happening, it has the potential to hurt the brand, and obviously we don't want that. Dealing with this type of stuff for the discounted price of $100 isn't profitable, especially when we're ALREADY in a dialog in the support system and awaiting your reply.

Neither Chio nor I will bump this thread further, as I feel everything that needs to be said has been said. Your tickets were replied to, you said they weren't -- when we were waiting for YOUR reply. Obviously, we can't have someone going around saying that things happened when they didn't, so sorry again if you feel you were "kicked out" of anything, but I'm sure, in a few days, if you re-read everything you said, along the lines of "pretty shitty reply" when we're trying to help you, you'll see that you'd probably do the same, in our place.

as far as tickets being replied to, i said nothing about tickets, i asked what others had experienced so i'd know if it was similar or not.

at the time i posted this my ticket was waiting a response for two days, as it had received one response the day after i sent it in. so nowhere did i say i was not getting a response or bash anything.

its quite obvious at this point though that because i posted a question about things on gfy it became as issue for you, not chio. he im sure would have handled it in a more professional way as he did when i had a question the first day.

DigiPimp, do NOT take anything Dom/EdgeProd says seriously, from my understanding he has NOTHING to do with anything Relink software is involved with, that includes Bliggo and ABP
