Paris Hilton sentenced to 45 days in jail!!
Get those links up people
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Hotel heiress and reality TV star Paris Hilton was ordered on Friday to spend 45 days in jail for violating the terms of her probation for alcohol-related reckless driving. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered the 26-year-old celebrity socialite jailed for driving on a suspended license in February. He ordered her to report to jail on June 5. The judge, Michael Sauer, made the decision after a two-hour hearing during which Hilton insisted she was unaware that her driving privileges had been suspended when she was pulled over for driving without headlights on February 27. Hilton was placed on three years probation earlier this year for pleading no contest -- the equivalent of a guilty plea -- to alcohol-related reckless driving after a September 2006 arrest in Hollywood. She landed in hot water again in late February, when she was pulled over on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood for driving without headlights. Police impounded her car, a $190,000 blue Bentley, when they discovered she was driving on a suspended license. . Will there a prison sex video coming soon? |

I have lawyers in the fam and I agree with Airek. She'll never see the prison walls. There will be appeals and so on. This will be dragged on for awhile and in the end, they will find a judge that will feel simpathetic to her for some BS reason.

basically a summer camp. |
another thing that the county of l.a. is thinking of when assigning her to a facility would be the liability. once they take her into custody they are 100% responsible for her well being and anything that may happen to her. if another inmate does something to her they are liable. they will be thinking about that for sure. daddy hilton has millions of expendable income to sue them with. she's not your average inmate and they will plan it to avoid any danger to her if they are smart. sending her to a minimum security facility with very low level classified white collar offenders is probably what would be in the cards if she even sees the incarceration at all. i'm not trying to be mr know it all i am strictly speaking from what i learned as an officer way back when.
i'd love to see her do the whole 45 days in l.a. county and be treated like a regular citizen as it should be. |

QUOTE: "While her pals are hanging in Malibu or the Hamptons, Paris will be spending 45 fun-filled days and nights with 2200 of her closest female felons at Century Regional Detention Facility (CRDF). Paris in Prison Reopened in March, 2006, CRDF is located in beautiful Lynwood,Calif. -- just minutes from nearby Compton! While Mr. Chow takeout isn't available, according to the AP, CRDF does serve three low-sodium poultry based meals a day. Yum! For her own safety, Paris will most likely be segregated from the rest of her prison pals and live in a one or two-person cell. Cozy. During her days at Chez Clink, Paris will get just one hour a day to shower, exercise, watch TV or talk on the phone. And sorry to say, Blackberries are not allowed. Oh, the humanity! As for wardrobe choices, Paris will have the option of one of four different colored jumpsuits. Depending on how she is classified and where she is housed in the facility, Paris could don a blue, brown, white or classic orange one-piece from the House of Detention collection. Paris better get crackin', because with June 5 fast approaching, it gives her just one month to plan her kick-ass going away party! /QUOTE roflmao. |
Of course she will be monitored more closely and probably sanctioned off to a more recluse area but she still will be vulnerable if someone really is psycho

I bet she pulls the standard Hollywood out and during her appeal she agrees to go to rehab and they agree to suspend her sentence as long as she successfully completes the rehab. Rehab is the new Hollywood way of getting out of anything so you know she will try to use it.
|
finally a good message about her
|
top nig.
|
I think that she'll have "custom designed" jail cell with plasma tv, water bed, armani textures on bars and lots of other hi-class sheet... anyway it will be another great experience for her :)
