Sirloin or Ribeye?

Firing up the burners, what's the call...?

WiredGuy 04-25-2007 02:42 PM

Can't go wrong with either.

Personally I'm a poterhouse or NY striploin man meself. But I certainly won't balk at a nice ribeye.

Lee 04-25-2007 02:51 PM

Sirloin of course.

jalami 04-25-2007 02:58 PM

Big huge sirloin. Although if presented with a nice juicy ribeye I won't complain. As long as it's big, juicy and soft!

ungratefulninja 04-25-2007 03:04 PM

Neither. Strip steak.

I agree with ya on that, when it comes time to grilling a steak, nothing beats a Porterhouse or NY Strip :)

Methodcash Rick 04-25-2007 03:25 PM

Ribeye medium rare, with a HUGE baked potato on the side

I always tend to go for New York Strip, but I'm not an expert.

tical 04-25-2007 05:50 PM

The riibeye is both Alton Brown's and Bobby Flay's favorite cut of steak...

So, I'm thinking, of the two, ribeye. :-)

Should have gone the smart way. Both with a little shrimp or lobster on the side.

Ever grilled crablegs??? Its good.

HeadPimp 04-25-2007 09:37 PM

Ribeye! No question there...
