Microsoft Tech Support SUCKS MAJOR ASS!

Hey, Bill Gates...get on a plane to whatever indonesian shit hole you have "bob" and "steve" and "tommy" working at and smack some fucking heads around.

I am having an issue with Outlook. A small issue, but it is annoying and I want it fixed.

I have been on the phone with MS Tech support now for 23 minutes, disconnected 4 times and so far, the only issue we have dealt with is my first name, last name, verifying my phone number and my email address. 7 fucking times I have verified it already.

I long for the old days of tech support. Yeah, you had to wait a little bit longer but the person who answered knew what they were doing, didn't disconnect you and spoke english as their PRIMARY language.

JMM 03-20-2007 03:35 PM

Disconnected 5 times.

Is MS outsourcing really this fucked up or did a tsunami just hit somewhere and phone service got knocked out?

JMM 03-20-2007 03:38 PM

Disconnected 6 times.

Although, in all fairness, they may have hung up on me. I asked to be transferred to anyone who needs to wear sunscreen at the beach.

What's the primary language of the people you're speaking to? :1orglaugh

Microsoft is so full of bullshit!

Lol, I'd never call Microsoft's tech support. There is no way I'd wait on hold for 30 - 60 minutes, only to finally talk to someone in a third world country, whos accent I could barely understand. Same with AOL phone support. It's as terrible as possible.

Tell me about it. :disgust

I had an interesting phone call to Dell the other day aswell. The first person i spoke to hardly spoke a word of English, so i asked to speak to someone else. That someone else wasn't much better, and seemed to have a bit of an "it's not my fault i don't speak English" attitude, so again i asked for someone else. By this time i was soooooo pissed, i just let the third person have it anyway. :1orglaugh

It says they record calls. I'm expecting a phone call sometime soon about my 'racist' behaviour...

The best part is that you could've probably had the issue resolved in 20 minutes had you posted the issue here....

Carry on with your 'agenda' though.

I don't have an agenda. I love Microsoft and what they did for the personal computer.

My issue is with their tech support.

But, since you offered...every time I close outlook 2007 and then reopen it, even if I close it properly, I get the message that the data file was not closed properly the last time and needs to be checked.

Fix it.
