If your house was burning and you could only take 1 object out...

What would it be?

for me, no brainer - my laptop

The Cocksucker 01-28-2007 01:26 AM

If you were staying the night it wouldn't be you. It would be your socks. Why you ask? Because your socks mean more to me than you and your gay ass posts. :2 cents:

niche25 01-29-2007 10:36 AM

My cigs...

wyldblyss 01-29-2007 10:38 AM

I would make everyone in the house take 1 thing

So hubby would grab externals
I would grab my purse
Oldest daughter would grab my jewelery box
Son would grab the small cabinet with photo albums that I keep by the front door
And my youngest would just need to grab my hand :)

brownie 01-29-2007 10:46 AM

1. ME!
2. My two cats
3. Their litter (it clumps so badass)
:rasta

Peaches 01-29-2007 10:54 AM

I would have to include my pets as "one object". My wallet and car keys are usually in the car and the cash is in a fireproof box. Losing the laptop and my rolodex which holds EVERYTHING would be tough, but the pets are more important :)

Most, if not all, pictures I have are duplicated somewhere else. Lots of things I'd lose forever - my son's coffin flag, his medals and coins, some artwork, and I'm a big keeper of "keepsakes". I'm in such a remote area I'm sure the main goal would be to keep the fire from spreading instead of saving the house.

I live in a log house - now you have me paranoid!! :(

TG Rebecca 01-29-2007 10:55 AM

my toy fox terriers!!

cool1 01-29-2007 11:08 AM

My 2 Kids, 1 under each arm.

Vanilla DeVille 01-29-2007 11:11 AM

When I was just a kid, that really did happen to me. My entire house burned down and I had to run through the fire to escape. All you think about is your family and pets. Everything else can be replaced...
