I hate the border towns of Mexico... they are all shitholes. Everyone in the US automatically assumes that the rest of Mexico is like that too...

If you're ever in El Paso, try visiting Juarez, makes TJ look like Phoenix.

Take a lot of spare change, like 2 pockets full. That way you can give something to all the little 4 and 5 year old mexican kids. They will walk up to you, not say a word, hold up a cup, and just stare at you with an upside down smile.

Ya... don't drink the water, for sure.

Also, don't ask what's in the taco you're eating... as delicious as it might be - you might not want to know.

Too, don't buy anything on the street markets and expect it to last longer than 3 months.

And expect the liquor to be watered down.

1. The U.S just passed a very shitty law that says you now need a passport to get back into the U.S that is unless your driving back in. Driving is not that scary if you know your way around like I do and buy Mexican Insurance for $20 for the day but you probbaly dont know your way around so make sure you have a passport.

2. Becareful almost 70% of ALL the hot girls in the TJ strip clubs are men!!! An easy way to spot this is compare the girls hands, if they have big hands most of the time they are men.


3. Do not piss in public, fight or do anything you would not do in the U.S.


4. Fuck some hookers at adelitas!!!

5. Go to Club Animale if your over 27, they wont let you in the HOT clubs if you look to old. If you want $7 all you can drink go to Margarita Village on the corner of 3rd and Revolucion

6. If you do get in trouble with the police, ask them if you have to go to jail or if you could just pay the fine on the spot? They only make about a $400 monthly salary so $30 is enough for them to let you go (They make $0 from taking you to jail). Make sure your spending cash is hidden in your shoe or something but have a wade of 20 $1 bills with a $10 on the outside and that will excite them ennogh to let you go. This has worked 6 times for me.

7. Only drink bottled water of course

8. If you need a hotel stay at pueblo amigo, its by far the best in all of TJ, Rosarito and Ensenada.

Don't leave your wallet at home but DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS!!! You're a fool to use them in a border town and if you get into any kind of trouble the cops will take you to an ATM and shake you down for everything you can withdraw. My brother got arrested in Nogales for cocaine a couple months ago and was able to get off for $30 because he didn't have any credit cards.

Don't forget your Passport, starting tomorrow, you'll need it to get back into the US.

Ok maybe Im bragging a little bit but Im proud of my connections... I got more hookups in TJ than most Mexicans will ever have, its great. See All the RICH mexicans that live as far as ensenada are afraid to get kidnapped and shit in Mexico so most of them have moved into my hood in the very Wealthy and prestigious East Lake community inside Chula Vista. Im talking mayors, Newspaper owners, top political officials, Club owners, Hotel Owners, Top Mexican lawyers pretty much evrybody important within a two hour distance of the border lives here now. Non of these people trust other Mexicans but they love us white people so Im always getting invited to their little mansion parties, Private zoos in Mexico, the other day I was sitting in the living room drinking a beer with my friend whose dad is the tijuana cheif of police. Whats my point?? It makes me feel pretty gangsta to be a whiteboy and be able to move around TJ like that. My $30 trick almsot always gets me out of small trouble but if it really ever came down to it, like I killed a pedistrian while driving drunk in TJ or something, I bet I could get off the hook without even spending a night in jail. Shit is is just gangsta like that down there and they are not afraid to admit it. You got to love Mexico.

They're not confused, they're just power tripping assholes. I hate those motherfuckers with a passion. "it's not a law but we're enforcing it"? WTF kind of shit is that? I have been drug into interrogation rooms and received pat down searches that were just short of a beating. You don't have to be smart to work for customs, just suspicious.
