awesome man! The first week is the hardest. Do what I did. When you think you NEED a smoke... wait 5 minutes and you'll forget about it most likely. Worked for me. I'm on my 3rd month smoke free :)

You should have listened to the commercials and health warnings on the box. You shouldnt have even started in the first place but atleast your quitting so congrats.

I was in 8th grade health class and they had this fake human lung but it was a working lung in a clear machine and they hooked 1 cig up to it and it made the lung completely black....turned me off cigs for good

So how did you do it? I've tried 10 times, gum, patches, books, cold turkey, and here I am still smoking my ass off.

Lasted all about four fucking hours when I woke up the next morning.
