Verotel is the best, even better than CCbill. They are rock solid and process far more sales than scrubbill....:thumbsup

NETbilling 12-12-2006 02:33 AM

Let me know if I can answer any questions about our services. We process for thousands of internet merchants.

Thank you, Mitch Farber

Silvercash has been a long standing client with Epoch/Paycom. They are a tremendous team with excellent through put on transactions. However, their customer service, accessibility, innovation with customizing solutions for their clients have been a cornerstone of their success. To most affiliate programs, to choose between billing companies, the things I listed above are imperative in making a good decision. Paycom is a solid team and their recent ten year anniversary is a testament to exceptional service.

CCBill is in our cascading billing system and they provides many of the great attributes Paycom does and you will find many of the larger companies choose beteen the two as primary and secondary processor. CCBill has a consistent track record of stable results and I am confident you will find both companies with a mutual respect for the other.

Along with your own Merchant Account, we use NetBilling in our cascading system. I have not had much personal experience with MA's but there are many of our partners who use them religiously. There are significant advantages, just be sure you have the infrastructure to serve your clients. The flexibility and flow of transaction of MA's tend to be a common draw to use this strategy for billing. However I am not an expert in MA's and I encourage you to contact them directly.

IMHO opinion, if you are serious about billing, do your research and cascade third party billing companies for your own safety. Try them all out and see what works best for you. Your rebills, conversions, through put, premium features won't lie when you look at profit margins. It is a game of RISK and compliance to credit card legislation - that changes seems to change hourly at times :)

Silvercash is entering its 10th year of anniversary but we are not the only company who can give you real advice. Our needs are different then others and we have found our fit with Paycom and the partners above. At the end of the day there is a price tag on all of them, so ensure you have done your research because errors for billing have a hefty price tag.

Good Luck.

I agree with silvercash

I use Epoch

Customer service is ok I guess, when I ask for something it gets done. Customer Service seems to be great if you are a sexy girl running your own website, but for the me it's just ok, I guess. I am not even sure who my rep is, they haven't contacted me since I started with them 2 years ago. But, like I said, if you're a sexy girl running your own website, they email you non-stop asking you to go to lunch so you can discuss how to make more money... go figure.

We actually have some of the lowest prices in the industry.

Thank you, Mitch Farber

I have B-H-E processing my online store, and DVD.

I have always been very happy with CCBill and Verotel.. Have been with both companies for years, and never a problem or late payment.

Commerce Gate & CCBill are the Best!!! Great service, faithful support and friendly people!!!

jact 12-20-2006 08:08 AM

This is an interesting thread. My experiences with CCBill and Epoch have both been positive, I haven't used Verotel personally so I can't comment. Netbilling, I haven't used, but their system is extremely robust and their rates are killer good if you have the volume. (I looked their system over very thoroughly, but didn't have the volume to justify).

jact 12-20-2006 08:12 AM

BTW, where's mention of all these other companies?

# Billing (IPSP) of the Year
365Billing, CCBill, Commercegate, DHDMedia, Epoch, Standard Pay.

# Billing (Merch Service) of the Year
DHDMedia, Durango, Merchant Solutions, NetBilling, Solepay, Standard Pay.

# Billing (Alternative)
2000Charge, ChargeMeLater, ElectraCash, GXBill, MobillCash.com, NetBilling, NoCreditCard.com, PasswordByPhone, PureVanilla, WTS.

http://www.xbiz.com/news_piece.php?id=18553

You'd think in order to get nominated, someone should be raving about them?

Correct.

The credit card is and remains the best mechanism to bill for monthly suscriptions.

However, given the fact that the web is a global medium and the majority of the world does not have one, phone billing is a must - not least since practically everyone has access to a phone or cell.

We recommend that clients use us as a primary processor in all developing markets, and as a secondary one in all developed ones.

We can create geo-ip versions of your site(s) with call-to-action in 37 languages including Russian, Japanese, Arabic and Chinese to help convert the massive Asian market:thumbsup

If you signup with Paycom, I can definitely help you get setup with their Join Pages, Premium Features, Data Plus, etc. Used to work there and now an independent programmer due to relocation. Hit me up ICQ if you need my services.
