Can't log into CCBill, anyone else having problems?

Don't know about that but I made some sales that didn't show up in my conversion report. I e-mailed them and they rectified it but then I began receiving multiple notification e-mails about the same sales, something like 5 multiple e-mails for each of the sales.

Just a bit wonky.

Nothing like that for me, I'm just getting a server errror when I try to log in.

There was a change with the client login page that did cause some clients problems. If you delete your cookies and clear your cashe this should resolve your problem.

I can log in and see my first lot of stats, but if I go to view the weeks stats, I get this message:

You do not have access to the specified report! Unable to connect to authenticator. Server configuration issue?

I click the OK button and get booted to the login page. Not fixed yet.

what's going on with CCBILL overall - stats/converts problems.

You may be blocking the cookie we use to authenticate you after you login. Normally this will cause you to get kicked once you change to any page in the admin.
As far as I know there aren't any outstanding issues with the reports. If you are having problems and the reports aren't displaying the correct information please contact us and we can look into the issue.
