CCBill question
I'm sure this has been asked here but I'm going to ask anyway...
Is CCBill doing any upgrades or anything today? The reason I ask is because when I enter my login info, it takes me to a blank page. I can't get in to see my stats. Thank you very much! |
Not that I've seen. Although sometimes it is a little squirrely in F.F.. I am not sure which browser you are using, but maybe try a different just to make sure?

getting the same thing.. A white/blank page. been like that for the last few hours. Hope it gets fixed soon. (in FF and IE)

Yesterday was the worst signup day I have had for a couple of years. Could this be the problem? I hear that some affiliates have said that when they click to go through to the signup page it didn't load or was blank.
Has CCBill been sim attacked again? |

it shows: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. might be a cache issue in FF or IE

Please clear your cache and delete any CCBill cookies you may have, this should take care of the problem for you. If after you have done this you are still unable to login please contact us right away: [email protected]
There was a small update done to the login page. This had no effect on the reports or our tracking of sales. |
