my first and new pay site

converting 1:700 from pretty quality traffic, up for 2 days. i dont think its good enough!

I personal think the tour is not good enough... i'll have to redo it or let somebody do it for me. Or should i just get rid of the tour and stick with the clickable "thumbs"?

I know the design looks ok, so please dont reply with "it looks good", i want to hear some comments whats not good or how to make it better instead! :) I cant make it better with "it looks good", so start bitching! :thumbsup

hmm I like the idea you're going with... I would suggest making each scene have it's own tour of 3 new pics of that specific girl.. I like the idea though... and you might want to offer a trial signup instead of having "24.95" in big bold letters above the billing options...

Put something in the tour that'd make the surfer actually want to join. Use hardcore pics with pixellated/fuzzed/whatever genitals for example. Maybe have just a few clickable thumbs to larger picks. Experiment to see what works for you BUT give the surfer something to make them want to join.

A few unerotic clothed and topless shots will not make people flash the plastic.

also the splash page looks too galleryish... surfers have seen thousands of galleries and they don't expect much from them...

I think it just needs a little more spice! DO I get Videos? How many pics? Live Chat? Updates? Those are the type of questions that surfers need answered, however the trick is to anwer those type of questions, while stimulating interest and excitement at the same time. I like the site idea: combination of gallery and tour pages. I think there needs to be more of a tease element. You say what you offer, but you don't tease the surfer.

Every site says 50, 000 images, but it takes a bit more effort to say:

The older versions had text that was too bland, that was one of the main problems. Otherwise it might have been a beter converting tour than the new one.

The newer version is a little empty. The flashing gif stays invisible too long, maybe change its color instead of having it disappear and appear. Have the text in different colors like red instead of white with black. That long box of text is too big and grouped for anyone to read and the font is boring on that.
Maybe add the thumb tours below the new splash design?

It is good to see this style and it works, however it would not sign me up, as I would need a bit more in the offer department. A lot of the other comments are really true "get the surfer really hot". But, really pile on the preview material, get the guy horney and his brain will drop out of gear and the wallet will follow. Would be nice to see video clips as well.
