Epoch technical update / New data center
 

For those of you who are not aware, Epoch has completed its move of the corporate headquarters and returned to Santa Monica.

The Marina del Rey office is now closed and Epoch is now located at 2644 30th Street (2nd floor) occupying the former office space of Google.

The final move took place yesterday when the data center and remaining servers were transferred to the new office.

Unfortunately, Epoch did experience an unexpected interruption in service between the hours of 6:00am and 7:00am yesterday (Thursday, October 19) Pacific time and an additional 15 minutes after noon. However, the move has now been successfully completed and all transaction services and web interfaces are now operating normally.

Some clients may have experienced difficulties logging into Epoch reports yesterday and possibly early this morning but the login issue has been resolved. Additionally, all reports have now populated compete sales statistics after data between the various servers was successfully merged.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any questions regarding reports or other Epoch features, please contact [email protected]. And please note that our local phone number has changed to 310-664-5700.

Are cs reps not working today? i sent in a couple emails its been several hours and have not had a response. Should I wait?

Is there a problem with the postback to the EpochTransStats? Same email problem with me as well sent one of yesterday to support at paycom.net with no response.

We looked into the mail issue with tech support and it turns out that our mail server had queued up outgoing mail. That queue has been cleared and all email sent out. Please let me know if you haven't received your responses.

Penrod - All wires went out yesterday for delivery this morning. If you have not received your wire please contact accounting @ epochsystems .com with your master code so they can look into it.

haha! Yeah, the did actually. Some kick-ass furniture and really cool conference room. The place is a lot more hip than our Glencoe office (which was nice, but the new space is better!)

I am almost certain there is a postback issue with paycom, I have sent an email to support but it has not been answered yet. In fairness, it's only been a few hours.

Hey Rand would love to know if you plan to update your Affiliate System? For both webmasters and paysite owners.
