Statsremote or Unified Stats?

It would suck if Statsremote was having problems since you guys are paying monthly for it. Unifiedstats I can see going under since it's free. .02

i thought unified stats pretty much destroyed them, why pay when there is a viable free alternative

especially since unified stats was very receptive to suggestions people were making

i havent used either, i dont trust anyone with my passwords

Yeah JB does need to post or atleast let people know wtf is going on. The program works fine for me, but his board is pretty much dead and some newer programs need to be added.

I'll give him a week and then I'm cancelling.

You must not have programs that have been effected. Over all it is still doing great. My programs effected are just recently but the lack of activity really seems confusing.

There was a small update about 3 weeks ago. There have been no responses on their forums or to those sending in support questions. Sure it works, but so does Unified Stats. If they aren't updating much, aren't supporting the program, then what the hell are we paying for?

I hear too many bad things about this guy not being around.

United Stats does a great job for me.

I just sent him money for a renewal via Epassporte last Thursday and still can't get Stateremore to work. I hope he is not turning into a scammer.

Cancelled my subscription, time for unified stats.

it is strange, we were discussing a problem via frequent email exchanges going back and forth and then all of a sudden no more replies, that was 5 weeks ago. I hope he is ok. Just wish he or someone over there would post something.

SB used to answer support questions on their board -- is he MIA, too?

SB's last post on their board was back in April. I tried emailing him directly as well but got no reply. I don't even know if he still works there though.

Used to work with JB and SB as their web developer... and I sent JB an email about a month ago with no reply :( I hope he's ok.

Someone must still be either working there or at least taking care of basic things. Cause I renewed the subscription just a few days ago and they extended my licence. Payment was via epassporte and I believe they have to track these manually. But why doesnt anybody respond on their own board or at least here ... strange, very strange.

Unififed stats fucking sucks there's no comparison.

I requested to have my program added to stats remote, and they signed up and logged in the next day. So somebody's doing something.

Perhaps he just wants some time to eat his own feces... Can't a guy just have some time to eat his own feces without people getting all up in his grill? Fuck!

Does unified stats have a pay to use version? I don't want to look at flashing bullshit buttons and banners and other crap fuck shit!

I am a businessman, website developer, I am not a surfer, customer, fucktard. So don't tell me free is better when it looks like a god damn kid designed the interface inbetween classes. I don't want to know that Movie Profits has $75 PPS every friday... OK, maybe I do want to KNOW that.. But I don't need a 4 square inch yellow star flashing and telling me so!

Another thing.. I can leave SR in the background... Refer to it here and there.. let my kids come into the office to talk about something and not be affraid of them reading the screen. But having banners for sponsors that look like they were made to sell websites to surfers and not profits to entrepreneurs is just rediculous...

Well...either

1) Something bad has happened to him and anyone else affiliate with StatsRemote and they can no longer get online.

2) They just stopped giving a shit about their customers and will continue to bill clients with no support, updates, or anything.

SR has A LOT of customers and must be making slick money
nobody would let it slide without a GOOD reason...

There is no good reason to ignore customers for this long. If they truly had a good reason all they would have to do is take 2 minutes out of their life and post what it is and I am sure most of the customers would understand and support them. :2 cents:

That's a long ass time for this to go unreplied.

The fact that there has been complete silence from both JB and SB, combined with the fact that they have not released any updates in 1 month, suggests to me that they or their company are under some kind of investigation and can not post or comment by law.

Actually it took them 2+ weeks to renew my account, kinda fucks me up because I rely on it for accounting. Also they are not adding new programs which I am promoting...

Unified Stats is not a viable alternative IMO, they don't compare. I have no problem paying for SR but I want at least the service I am paying for :(
