Adsense is DEAD. PPC People Get In Here...
I just found a report that you have to read if you are trying to make your living with Adsense. It is a damn good read.
http://www.lakotamagic.com/traffic/index.php This report talks about how Adsense died on Aug 1 and about how Google is ripping you off with tiny little amounts while making off like bandidts. For a free report is is pretty damn interesting, |
Interesting. Thanks for the headsup. Maybe I'd post a review of that article on http://justtraffic.blogspot.com :)
|
Bah, nice email squeeze there.

This report is worh reading even if you have to give up your yahoo email to get it. |
I think the new way to make money is to collect email addresses from people who want to read why Adsense is dead.
|
those cocksuckers riped me off last year $10k
|
I have made a lot of money with Adsense and I have over 3 million pages out there and this report has me rethinking my whole approach.
I have never been one to put all of my eggs in one basket. A while back I started using more Yahoo code and to be honest it consistently out produces Adsense. READ THIS if you have not already... http://www.lakotamagic.com/traffic/index.php |

can't you just post the nuts and bolts of it to save us all from the email harvest?

Those who are interested can get the damn report and those who are afraind of email can sit and wonder... Trust me if you do PPC you will be happy to give up an email address to read this report. Is that too much to ask? |
hmmm very ninteresting to hear
|
Anyone who is busy selling "insider information" rather than acting on it doesn't have insider information. Putting your email in that box is an invitation to endless webmaster spams, IMHO.

Adwords makes me lots of money. I've never used adsense though.

then why do yo insist on having it there?:1orglaugh |

The people who actually understand and appreciate the the content will not have a problem registering an email address. Those who have email phobia will just have to do without. |

Then it's not dead! lol ;)

so you e-mail harvest as well as point us via your affiliate link? Not kosher =P
|
Someone wanna upload it to a public place where we don't have to cough up our emails?
WG |
What this guy is basically saying is: "Oh no, people can bid on content ads seperately and they bid less for them. We're all gonna die." I doubt that this means death to adsense. Especially now that Yahoo is coming out with a service there will be some competition that will make the PPC model more profitable again. I don't worry. But thanks for the link. I signed up. It's no big deal guys. Really.
I'm curious about his "solution", though. |

when you give up your email, it automatically signs you up as an affiliate of this thing.. anyone you send to the same form that puts in their email, you get $0.50 per download. :1orglaugh |
i just read it.. summary:
a guy set up 3000 *software generated* "content" domains using some page generator he put together. it didn't make enough money. ~$1500 for the next month. adsense is dead. affiliate marketing is the way to go. <gratuitous pictures of affiliate checks> |

Coming from you WG that surprises me. |

This is no different than selling domains in your sig. |
How is this exactly new info?
This is just lame spam. |
Quote:
It reads like every single mainstream affiliate marketing ebook. I quote: "I can now safely say that losing my AdSense income was one of the best things that ever happened to me because now... I Make Over $50,000 A Month!" . . . "Due to the sensitive nature of the content of this report, I have decided to break it up into two parts." :1orglaugh |

1. You had everything figured out. In which case I would like to congratulate you. 2. You don't have enough ot it figured out to understand. BTW, does it make the SPAM lees lame to put in in a banner ad and stick itin your sig? |
what a lame ass spam attempt.

What is it with some of you people? It is ok to have a 2 week thread about how much a domain is worth or endless threads on "buy my script/content/belly-button lint" but one simple report where you give up a freaking email address and people freak out. And then to insinuate that people would not promote the program because of the way it was introduced is ludicris. Maybe it would have been better to have introduced it with one of those "oh-so-important" would you hit it threads. Fact still remins that if you are building Adsense sites you really need to get this report... or don't get it. Either way if you wait long enough there will be a useless thread come along so you can waste you time in a more acceptable manner. |

Several people with a lot of traffic have posted negatively about how you presented this. Had you presented it as an income opportunity, it would have fared better. Anyone who does more than a few bucks a day in mainstream knows everything contained in that PDF. The download offer is very lucrative - but now you've alienated a large portion of GFY's mainstream traffic. |
Funny;)
Thanks |

Here is my spin om GFYisms... Only about 10% of what actually goes on here is "real". People display themselves in different ways and some people display many different personas. I don't kiss ass or try to be something that I am not. If I decide to introduce an idea in a certain way it is because that is how I have decided to do it. I have not taken issue with anyone in this thread for what they have said with the exception of WG because I think that asking to post something for publis download is pretty shitty in the face of all the copyright violations that are brought to post here. If people want to team up with me to promote a mainstream project then great. If people want to take the idea and run with it themselves then great. If 22 million people want to download the report then great. You are takingthis way to personal and then you are assuming that your feelings are those of the rest of the world. |

Exactly. He would have done much better simply stating the opportunity behind it rather than the wrap around for spam. The ebook Rich Jerk comes to mind for efffective marketing... WG |
I'm not taking it personally, nor am I assuming.
I just see the posts from myself, WG and others. And you're still failing to see the tone of my previous posts.. they were advice. This one is a retort to your fantasy. |

Does anyone know of any other pay-per-download free ebooks? Especially in the internet/affiliate marketing realm. |

Not ebooks but there's quite a few pay per download opportunities in mainstream... WG |
