The melting point of steel is 2,700 degrees.

The steel used in the WTC had a UL certification of 2,000 degrees for 6 hours before failure.

Jet fuel burns at a maximum of 1,800 degrees, and burns out very rapidly.

There are photos of people standing in the hole just minutes after impact.

Even assuming these numbers are correct: Yeah, nothing burns but jet fuel and metal. Offices full of plastic, flammable chairs, paper, and other glorious chemicals can not be ignighted. Impossible.

And MAYBE just maybe the jet fuel set the building on fire on the inside. Also a wild guess and maybe crazy i came up with that but who knows.

No no, a building can only collaps if all the steel completely melts. Bending, plane crashes and weakening of the steel doesnt count. :1orglaugh

For the steel to fail it would need to be under intense heat for a sustained period of time. Flammable objects in the building wouldn't burn at the necessary temperature, but we'll assume for the sake of your argument that they did.

If the temperature on those floors was hot enough for steel to fail, then how were people observed minutes after the crash?

You could make the argument that they came from higher areas of the building, but they still have to pass through areas that are hot enough to cause steel failure.

Turn your oven on as high as it goes. Now imagine walking through that heat.

Nobody ever said it melted. The argument is that steel isn't going to take on enough heat to cause failure in the very brief period that the jet fuel burned. As for the secondary fire, see my post above.

What I'm saying is that due to the human body's intolerance of heat, you won't be able to walk into an area that is so hot that it's causing steel to fail.

You've seen how meat cooks, right? It takes time, even at 400+ degrees. Note that I am using this as an example, because, unless someone flies a plane into it, your local stove/grill is not going to get much hotter.

As everything is destroyed, your evidence that they walked 'out to' there is as good as my 'it's a fucking cube, there are people lining the outside as much as the inside.'

Even if you think it's faked - listen to the phone calls. There was one lady who was on one of the higher floors - like 10 stories or so, and she was crying about the heat. It's not that anyone had the choice of being there or not. Unless, of course, you think all of that shit was staged, too.. I mean, hell, any country willing to sacrifice a few thousand of their own to breed more terror and contempt obviously had reasons, right. Ok, fine. Name them.. killing others is not good enough. Reasons for a conspracy... That's a tough question right now. Ask it again in ten years. Such an act would have been to get the American people behind something. I know we wouldn't have gone into Iraq without 9-11, but Iraq wasn't exactly a pressing issue. Let's see what happens with Iran next. Let's see if WW3 breaks out. I've said this a number of times, and it does go with a 9-11 conspiracy....

The US can't remain the number one country without WW3. It was WW2 that allowed us to take on the world's industrial demand since European industry was bombed out. Prior to that the US was *not* the number one country.

At this rate most of us will live to see that day that another country is regarded as being above us. Probably China. The only way to prevent that is to bomb them back to 1980 in WW3, but Americans would have to support WW3. 9/11 made that easier just like Pearl Harbor was the breaking point for Americans to finally support entering WW2.

Now after everything is said and done and Chinese industry is in turmoil, the world looks at American industry again. The only problem is that for various reasons we may not have the man power anymore to run factories at the same level we did 20 years ago.

That is where "undocumented workers" come into play. I believe this is why our government drags their feet on Mexican boarder issues. They know the potential exists that we will have a pressing need for that labor. We simply can't revive American industry without it.

We haven't made a fucking thing in the last 30 years. Our imports outweigh our exports exponentially, and quite frankly, we've fucked ourselves into a corner that we can't bomb our way out of. Hurting others still doesn't make us self-sufficent.

Seriously agree - it's total crap and impossible for even an aircraft fully loaded with fuel could bring down a steel structure. Nowhere on this planet has such a structure fallen to the ground, - even in serious earthquake conditions which are many times more than the impact of one aircraft.

There are too many other factors - one being the tendencies of Trade Center employees to keep explosives in the drawers of their desks. This was obviously the reason for several multiple explosions at regular points on lower floors :pimp BTW.. Saw a pig fly today.

The believers are playing the game of the ones who planned the attacks (be it Al Qaida, the governement, are any other consiracy theory you might have). Their meaning was to destabilize the system. Fools crying about how jet fuel can't get that hot are just doing that: destabilizing the system.
