Is BangBros/Bang Bus That Far Ahead Of The Competition?
 

Ok, now it's been years since Bangbus took the online porn world by STORM
And basically introduced the world to reality porn...
Years later they look to be absolutely killing the competition...
releasing a new scene every single day (or at least Monday-Friday)
Each sub-site having a new update weekly

My question is, why isn't their an equal product out?
The only site that I can think of who produces as much quality content is nasty dollars but bangbros holds the content crown.

I know it costs a lot of money to produce all that content
BUT

What about all the companies who made millions before bang bros got started?

Why aren't they making sites/members areas just as good/competitive....

There's a huge influx of hot latina immigrants/illegals & a rotating supply of American hotties coming to soak up the sunshine.

Part of the hidden success of bangbros is that they went with the humor angle for stuff. There is no "cutting room floor" for bad tape, pretty much everything gets used.

With good performers who can actually spew bullshit on the fly and make horrible amatuer performers look good and funny, well, you have a winning formula.

We have the longest running series in the history of porn. We had the highest converting and retaining site while we were CE but our break up with them set us back to square one - and it also meant standing by helplessly and watching those guys explode. (much praise to them - great product - they deserve all their glory and rebills)

However.... we are still one of the top converting sites and the top retaining site with our current processor, DHD RevEx.

Watch out for us though. Our comeback will be like Lance Armstrong's recovery...

a few years ago i had a payment problem with nasty dollars and they went above and beyond in dealing with it. right now i'm having a problem with bang bros and after almost a week no responses.

they may have tons of content but service counts for something...

Bangbros / Nasty Dollars / Oxcash all belong to the same person I heard last week.

actually online has not done reality first. companies like shanes world, buttman, and a ton of others on the video side were doin reality before that. i think were one of the first online to do it though.

I have a membership at homegrownvideo and love it there, but the way you guys have been encoding stuff recently/differently is making it so it will no longer play for me, video freezes and turns green :(

Being on the content producing side this last year has really changed. Seems program owners ARE realizing that they can't just sling the same shit they have in the past if they want to compete.

I don't see how people can jerk off to most of that mass produced licenced content anyway. Seems like everyone uses the same cheesey set, lousy camera work, and overall bland look to the scenes.

Cranking out scenes like McDonalds burgers is the only formula to make your custom content prices attractive to most buyers but there are a few who actually give a fuck about quality and will pay a little more.:thumbsup

Have you ever seen your homegrownvideo in Firefox? It looks OK in MSIE and in Opera, but not in Firefox. Check it and fix - a lot of people use FF these days...

That is not us - that is a bandwidth issue that affects the wm files. We have been working with our friends at (M) to get that resolved.

We were around before all of them. Homegrown Video and Ugly George were the innovators and inspiration to most of the O.G "reality" shooters.

BangBus is a full fledged brand on the internet, they are light years ahead of the competition and have a huge budget to shoot. One of my exes shot with them in LA years ago and they rented a house for a week and had about 20 girls come through the house to shoot with them for their sites. That on a $$$ scale alone is huge and allows them to update their sites as they do.

They kicked it up a notch for sure back in the day and have been in high gear ever since. Airek is right though about reality, they were the first on the web but Seymore and Shane were the first in porn to do the reality stuff.

My hat goes off to Kris and the crew at Oxcash, they run a tight ship and produce great content and high retention members areas.

I disagree that they were the first. But I do think they did it the best by having the foresight to how to use their content for marketing/branding.

Seymour was inspired by Buttman and Shane was merely an offshoot of Seymour... that makes Seymour third generation and Shane fourth gen. - not the first by any stretch. I guess only the old old timers like myself would split pubic hairs over something like that though...

content is cheap to produce when your "set" is a moving vehicle.

basically, the main expense is modeling fees, gas, and jiffy lube.

BB made money the old fashioned way... they earned it. Did I also mention that they are still our brothers in the fight against Acacia?
