My New Diet Pills (Hydroxycut)

Well at the end of 2005, I suffered a near fatal car crash and the medicines the doctors had me helped me gain about 35 pounds in 3 months. Well that extra weight has been pretty hard work off so I finally broke down and decided to try some diet pills for the first time in my life.

First observation is I have to pee a lot more than usual.
Second observation is I feel physically drained

I'm supposed to do some boxing later this evening but I don't hardly think I'm going to be able to give it a full effort cuz I kinda feel like shit.

But my main point is...
Is this what fat people struggle with daily?

I have a whole new respect for really fat people no who go thru life trying various diet supplements and what not :Oh crap

just eat right and get some exercise, the weight will come off gradually. You didnt get fat overnight and you wont lose the weight overnight either.

Stop drinking sodas, dump the cheeseburgers and anything with the word "processed" in the ingrediants, and drink lots of water. You really dont need diet pills.

I did it for 2 months at the beginning of the year and drop 30lb in 2 months

i also was doing cardio 1 hour a day 3-4 x a week

ive taken that a few years ago, it made my shits sticky(always afraid to jump) and also made me shake and feel like shit all day... just eat a little more healthy, and exercise more, and change it up when you exercise, don't only bike for example...

1) caffeine is a diuretic as are some of the other components found in most thermogenics. that means it makes you piss out water and retain less water. coffee does the same thing for the same reason as do any other heavily caffeinated drinks. also you will crash all the time once it wears off leaving you with less energy and felling like shit unless you are taking a lot and spacing them out through the day. think of those pills as nothing more than drinking a lot of coffee (i dont drink coffee) - the experience should be the same. basically like doing small amounts of cocaine.

2) good diet and exercise has to come before pills. no pill can compensate for poor diet... especially todays shitty thermogenics with no ephedra.

3) your body is going to adapt to them pretty fast anyway - so again, good diet and exercise is everything.

but bigger companies don't sell it and well known thermogenics like xenedrine, hydroxycut, twin labs stuff etc don't contain ephedra. i have tons of ephedra :) couldn't imagine starting my day without it :)

don't fuck your kidneys and liver. drop the pills and instead count all the calories you eat

i think the Discovery Health site had a whole page on just how to replace high calorie foods and eat and feel full

FreeHugeMovies 08-02-2006 01:30 PM

I've been running 30 miles a week and eating better. It's been working good so far.

I say take the diet pills. That way when there is a class action lawsuit you can get some mad easy cash. My sister-in-law took one back in 2001, they had a class action lawsuit about it and she got like a 15k settlement check. :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

I agree with everyone here....

some years ago I woke up one morning and just started to cry, I was near 180lbs and I am only 5'2'....it took a year and a half but after 8 years I am 118lbs and I am not as toned as I would like but your body will learn to love eating right and as far as exercising, just walk but do it in a fast pace till you have more energy to do other stuff....that is what I did and still do

robfantasy 08-02-2006 01:46 PM

my coffee is ephedrine

Just be mindful of what you eat. If you really want to slim down without using thermogenics and any other type of diet pill, hit Lindberg Nutrition and pick up some decent tasting protein powder in a large plastic tub. Along with that, pick up a tub of egg whites found in the refrigerated section. Take an 8 oz shake with the whites instead of water once after your workout and another time during the day, whether it be in the morning or the evening. Don't consume dairy products for about 2 to 3 weeks while you're doing this. That fat will slide right off you fast.

A friend recommended me this solution and it has worked pretty well.

why would adding more calories to your diet cause you to lose weight? you know nothing about what he is doing, nothing about what he is eating etc etc etc... so you can't sensibly advise to eat more or eat more protein. there are many factors to consider and they are all tightly related and not mutually exclusive of each other.

I?m obese but after starting a variable caloric intake diet plan, it seems to be helping more than just normal diet and exercise alone. I?ve never had much in loosing weight even after significant changes to diet + more exercise, but the variable caloric intake system seems to work, at least for my physiology. I've lost around 30 pounds since late May.

DirtyRider 08-02-2006 03:26 PM

For me, I gained a lot of weight over the winter a few years back. So what I did was go on a very strict low carb diet. Since I just work online, i can eat whenever i want. So i ate 5 times a day, and I think my carb intake was like 1,500 per day. Then I also did about 30 mins cardio, did thai boxing, bjj and light weight lifting (High reps). I started loosing weight right away, and lost about 25 pounds in 30 days. I also noticed that not eating past 8 o'clock helped a shit load.

Then after that, it was getting harder to lose weight, but then again I could have been gaining muscle... who knows.

The OLD Hydroxycuts rocked.

Start with one pill and work up to more. Don't just jumo right in. You will shit, but drink a lot of water, all will help you shed the lbs. It can also curb your hunger so remember to eat.

fetishblog 08-02-2006 03:32 PM

I take my bike out and hit the trails at one of the local lakes. It's a fucking workout, lemme tell ya. ;)

Big Red Machine 08-02-2006 03:38 PM

Theres a Rubber Track in my town. I grab my friend and we walk there, its less stress on the joints, and if you have someone with you the time passes real quick. I go at night because its cooler and seems to help me sleep better using up the energy. Just try to find something you enjoy. I go biking and hiking as well. I think of it as exercise that doesn't feel like excercise.
Good Luck

Fitday

Fitday is a free site for counting calories. It's loaded with pre-calculated nutritional info but you can add custom foods as well.

loosing liquid is not the best way for slimmimg. Not useful, not natural, not real slimming.

Watch out with those kinds of pills. Dont take the recommended dose always start out with something lower. I usually pop one pill a day and it gets me tweaked out enough to go work out. One time i took 2 i ended up working out 3 hours and was super tweaked out amped up. Felt like i did 10 rails of tweak :(

thank you very much, Mrs Lenny. I am starting to use it right now.

Stay away from those pills bro. When you come down from them it sucks. Also, if you have any preexisting condition it will have adverse effects.

tical 08-02-2006 05:50 PM

get some clenbuterol instead

WarChild 08-02-2006 05:54 PM

Why not do it with exercise and diet, the proper way that will last?

January 1 I was 240 pounds 24% body fat. I'm 175 13% now, all from exercise and eating right.

reynold 08-02-2006 06:10 PM

How long have you been taking that diet pills? Why don't you try going to the gym, instead of using pills?
