RICHARDS REALM is fucking around!
 

Imagine the situation:
Have been submitting on it for a long time..
Including paid account during more then half a year.

Currently submit doesn't pass. To my letters he sends a standard
answer about expired credit card and other bullshit.
Three of my accounts are banned and from other 2 he doesn't approve submittions since June, 8.
That won't prevent him from charging me!!! One account on June 26, the other on July, 4.

When I tried to pay through submit.pass they let me know that my webmaster is blacklisted and they return money.
I wonder why?!!

So now I lost 5 accounts, my friends 10 more. I've heard other folk's complaints.
I warrant, men, that I never cheated in my life!

The meter is that now Richards doesn't answer my claims and looks like he isn't gonna refund any money.

Well, broadly speaking, I don't advise anyone to pay him, guys. Why do you need the problems like this?!!

If you can't beat them, shoot them!!

We've cancelled quite a few accounts lately and refunded them all.

All enquiries from webmasters have been answered as far as I am aware. I'd be interested to know what emails you sent!

Email [email protected] with the account details where you have not received a refund and it will get looked into.

About other history from submit passport...

I bought and directly at richard-realms and at submit passport,
And other people bought some accounts.
At all same trouble and a zero of answers.
That submit passport maximum returns of money for last month.
It that is not guilty 100 %.

But that has taken place with richard-realm not clear!
Always the adequate owner and here on you was...
Such has given out!

Incidentally, we only mention expired credit cards and "other bullshit" in our email letting people know their submit account has expired .... this happens after it has been cancelled as well. It would not have been sent as a reply.

We cancelled a lot of accounts, mostly from Ukraine and Russia, because their galleries were being modified after being listed. Spyware, trojans and other nasty stuff were being put on there.

We couldn't identify the true culprits because they were using credit cards, domain names and hosting registered with false details all around the world.

We had one chap try 4 different cards in 4 different names in order to pay for a submit account. A touch suspicious, don't you think?

I decided to block two ranges of server IP addresses and, where possible, identify accounts affected by that and the blocking of about 800 domains related to 3fn.net and APS Telecom.

It appears you have got caught up in that. If you were submitting galleries on domains with WHOIS info similar (or at least in the same country!) as the credit card used for the account and were submitting from a genuine IP Address (no VPN or proxy) then it is likely you would not have been banned.

If, on the other hand, you attempted to hide your identity in some way I would have made the decision not to take the risk of listing your galleries any longer. I would have cancelled your account and processed a refund. It can take a while for the refund to show up.

Now I have answered your question, please give me details of the account(s) which have not received refunds.

I too until recently was confident that richard - best, but not now!

It is not terrible to me to show galleries - with them always all was good!
To our masters any more one year.
By the way submit pass my familiar has answered too that will not return money, submit passes in fact!
Only any gallery does not appear in listing, but the set fhg has appeared!

I think on these galleries RichardRealms can establish an account and see that on it since June, 8 it is not taken any gallery, and on July, 4 are removed money from my card!!!
Cheerfully it turns out, nobody is guilty, only tens masters for anything in ban a sheet and are not present money:-)

Yepp we do, dont think all his accounts were bought from us. He must have bought sopme directly from RR.

Except for that my accounts work, but since June, 6 you have not taken any gallery and has now passed prolongation! You will remove money and to not take gallery? Perfectly!

You always differed understanding and mind, and now all have fallen down in one heap and add on ban list set of fair masters.
I do not argue that you have won a part of deceivers, but in fact many fair people have received damage from it!

Thanks. I had a look through the rebilling and thought it was "Ryan's" account.

I've cancelled the recurring on that and also refunded the last two $35 transactions.

I've also cancelled "Otto's" account, since it was billing the same card. I've refunded the last $35 charge for that one as well.

Sorry they were missed out. The only emails we received in relation to this were from [email protected]. "William" asked why he was banned and didn't mention anything about other accounts.

Please can you confirm that the refunds for "William", "Silvia" and "Joseph" have already been received?

English is clearly not your first language, your credit card is registered in Canada, your server's IP address is registered to a US corporation, but the DNS is provided by a company in Panama, which is owned by a Ukranian and you feel the need to surf through your US servers when using your credit card and submitting galleries.

I appreciate it is not easy to do business in this world if you are from an eastern european country. But, it does beg the question, what do you have to hide?

this is one of the reasons that tgp scripts scan for cheaters, you can even get partner submitters that will stab you in the back, so if a paid submitter changes anything or breaks the rules, fuck m, keep the money and blacklist them forever!

I used to get accepted no problem back in the day...Then after you reviewed my site which is STILL in the site reviews, you then banned me from submitting anymore galleries...I emailed you to ask why with no response...I won't waste my time asking more than once and I just chalked it up but since you're here, I'll mention it now...I don't even care if i'm un-blacklisted or not but it's still fucked up so I thought I'd let you know.

And I've NEVER cheated and NOBODY can come with any proof that I have.

You weren't banned for cheating.

We are one of the few TGPs to send out emails giving reasons for declining a gallery. This is so that the webmaster can choose to modify his/her design to get more galleries listed or not submit galleries with the same design.

Sometimes webmasters constantly ignore our rejection emails (20+) and continue to submit galleries with the same problems. This is nothing more than a waste of time for our reviewers.

We stopped accepting your galleries because you kept ignoring the fact that we thought your thumbnail images were too small or of a too low quality. Since you did not choose to modify them or stop submitting, we chose to stop accepting your galleries.

Since you are not a cheater the block/ban did not affect anything else we list for you - hence the pay site review remains in our list.

I'm sorry you didn't get a reply to your email. I'm going to put it down to the fact that we probably had email problems two years ago :)

I ought to add that we only block people for this reason when the vast majority (80% plus) of their submissions are rejected.

May I ask how many people you have on staff suppporting your TGP? If you consider that private, I'll understand and not be offended if you don't answer.

The cheaters, hackers and scammers are driving me (all of us) nuts. Trying to get a feel for typical support costs as my TGPs grow.

This would be valid if it wasn't for the fact that every last gallery I was submitting was getting approved and after over a year, I got the rejection emails...But since one gallery would get rejected for every 2-3 galleries approved with the exact same layout was going on, I just assumed that you had a noob reviewer that didn't know any better.

Samething with any other TGPs that have 200k+ uniques a day and have PAs available, I'm buying accounts right now :)

I've never had a problem with Richard's Realm. Actually, they have been one of the most consistantly fair group of people I've dealt with.

We have about 8 or more people doing reviews part-time. Most on the TGP, MGP and Picture Post. A couple on the Links and a couple on the Pay Site Reviews. David manages most of them and also handles webmaster enquiries.

We have bots checking all our TGP and MGP links very, very frequently and these remove most cheats. Unfortunately, the bots also pick up a lot of false positives - galleries that need no be removed. David works very hard with webmasters who are getting galleries removed to minimise it happening too often for them.

We also get a lot of reports from surfers about bad pages.

Moving to paid submissions has signifcantly reduced cheats and has also made it easier for us to identify and isolate them.

I have only good things to say about the staff at richards realm, when I was submitting, it was a 50/50 shot and I got good traffic from that site

It's funny how it's never the fault of the cheater when you are one. I just blacklisted 10 guys yesterday and The first thing that I get by email when the guy see that he is banned is. Hey I never cheat you. Why it's always like that. Cheater always lie when we found them.
