Weekend naps
 

Why is it that a weekend nap on the couch makes you feel so much more well rested than any full night of sleep during the week?

Indeed..makes me refreshed and ready to do some serious drinking

For the life of me, I've never been able to take naps. :(

My naps all become long sleeps

I take them all the time, but I guess its more like catching up on sllep than a nap, it's almost 6 am here and I'm still up

Phoenix sent me into a partying frenzy for a few weeks there. I took all last week to dry out and run/work out every morning plus work. I hit the couch after a heavy lunch today and I was out. Got up feeling younger. Good stuff for me.:)
