Why is it that a weekend nap on the couch makes you feel so much more well rested than any full night of sleep during the week?

Phoenix sent me into a partying frenzy for a few weeks there. I took all last week to dry out and run/work out every morning plus work. I hit the couch after a heavy lunch today and I was out. Got up feeling younger. Good stuff for me.
