Hey guys, does anyone have a contact other than support@clickcash to contact for cancelling misplaced checks and re-issueing them?

Blame Al Hadhazy, he needs to hire more ClickCash support personnel.

Their support dept. sucks.

Dude, switch programs. Everyone know click cash treats their webmasters like shit. Give us a roll we treat every webmaster well.

rickdog777 - The standard support email address covers replacement payouts. Believe Clickcash wants a form signed to confirm stuff, but will replace checks within the week.

David and the people from dollarmachine/python would prob be awestruck if they woke up to find they were involved in Clickcash/Webpower :winkwink:

I just went through this process. Had to send about 5 emails, but they finally responded. I sent the form in and they sent me a check. They did take out 14.50 for cancelling the check.

There is no other contact for clickcash. Clickcash is a "no webmaster support" sponsor. Webmasters dont seem to understand that.

So does the phone number they give you in the email when you sign up, complete with extension number straight to Stacy's desk. There's even an answering machine for after hours.

the likely hood of you getting a response from clickcash is less than you being able to fire a gun straight up in the air and catch the bullet back in the barrel...

I talked to them 3 times this week including once at 4 or so eastern today. You people are hilarious.

Skip it, just forget about it, don't worry about it!!!! Every once in awhile you're gonna get screwed or something is gonna go wrong.

Contacted em once in the last 7 days and got a response which was far more than template bullshit. It was a useful and detailed reply.

you have a better chance of getting George Bush to do an interview, ClickCash stays out of the lime light. no shows, no interviews, not posting on chatboards, not even advertising the affiliate program, and very little if any advertising of ifriends.
