HD crash ...

My main drive just crashed on Reflected ... :Oh crap
due that all the server went offline and now they are trying to backup as much as they can... Damn!!! Not a good time for a HD crash at all!
Will raid 5 help to prevent these kinda failure in the future?

Raid 5 should certainly help. Hell even Raid 1 is better than nothing.
