HD crash ...
My main drive just crashed on Reflected ...
 due that all the server went offline and now they are trying to backup as much as they can... Damn!!! Not a good time for a HD crash at all! Will raid 5 help to prevent these kinda failure in the future?

Raid 5 should certainly help. Hell even Raid 1 is better than nothing.
