What happen to freedom of speech?

The thing is that if someone would put a nice, well-thought out thread with reasons why Headless should not be banned, it would probably work. Advocating the murder of a mod is probably not the best way to make it happen.

Also, there is no freedom of speech on a message board. You are entering someone else's house and they have a right to dismiss you for any reason they like. I'm not defending their moves, but freedom of speech argument on message boards is so lame.

Never said it was a death threat. I said it was advocating it. If someone comes in my work and says to an employee "someone should shoot you in the head", I would kick them out.

It's really sad to see so many people that use this board, hell even virtually live here, so quick to insult the place and it's mods. It's their site, their bandwidth, you use the board free and you likely have made a few contacts, perhaps some signups, maybe even a sale or two.

Maybe be a little more respectful, appreciative that such a popular board exists for you and a little less demanding of your, ahem, rights.

I've done that and you are right, I had to write a 4 page report to why I think this guy would kill me and that he is not just bullshitting me.. the cop said to me even if I told him right now that I want to kill him, there is nothing he can do because he knows I am full of shit, even if I really wanted to, he would need to prove that I am capable and intent to do so.

I had this guy recorded phone converstations of violence screaming of how his life plan is to revenge on me, still wasnt enough for the cops to do anything.

to this day thou, if this guy were to ever show up at my house or come face to face to me, his 2 years of talking crap made me more than ever prepared.
