Which is better mpa3 or NATS I have to get one of them

Hi all.

Please vote in the poll.

The question of the day, and please post your comments on it is:

which is better mpa3 or NATS? I have to get one of them.

Jace 02-17-2006 02:50 PM

waiting for the poll

sonofsam 02-17-2006 02:50 PM

nats babyyyyyyyyyyyy

Jace 02-17-2006 02:51 PM

I prefer mpa3 myself, I am not sure what it is about NATS that I don't care for....while it is a nice system, something about it bugs me, i can't really put my finger on it

King Adam 02-17-2006 02:51 PM

I'd chose MPA3 ... that is what is getting installed on www.SideCash.com as we speak. Oystein has proven himself over and over again to be one of the best guys to work with. He is honest and their company makes great products.

SplitInfinity 02-17-2006 02:53 PM

I was asked this "Oystein was the guy from PlayaDRM which closed it's doors - right?"

Not my question, but a customers question.... is that correct?

chronic avenger 02-17-2006 03:14 PM

NATS nuff said.

newbreed 02-17-2006 03:14 PM

NATS

w0rd to my m0ms

Reak AGV 02-17-2006 03:15 PM

I say NATS.

:thumbsup

webgurl 02-17-2006 03:15 PM

chris you know that we are using NATS , it has been awesome for us.
Constant new updates and great support .

BuckNaked 02-17-2006 03:16 PM

I dig nats

StuartD 02-17-2006 03:16 PM

gotta go with sheer market share... nats is dominating and it's for a reason.

Plus, the whole shaving module in mpa2 left a pretty bad taste in a lot of people's mouths.

Major (Tom) 02-17-2006 03:16 PM

NATS just blows my mind. The support is great, the peopel behind it are great. I am glad I chose NATS for my infrastructure. It was one of the best investments I've made.

Duke

NoWhErE 02-17-2006 03:17 PM

NATS all the way, without a doubt!

JackStroke 02-17-2006 03:18 PM

We looked at a lot of solutions and went with Nats. We've never looked back. I can't wait for the next version! They are always adding and tweaking!

uno 02-17-2006 03:19 PM

NATS has always been a great crew with a great bunch of people behind them. I know all the guys personally and they are always innovating and open to new ideas for their products. I chose them also for the program I'll be opening.

Jayson 02-17-2006 03:20 PM

NATS....most importantly for an affiliate program its trusted by affiliates.

John and the guys have a great product and excellent support to back it up and always work hard to take care of any issues or requests raised.

Jayson

GotGauge 02-17-2006 03:23 PM

Nats!!!!

Wizzo 02-17-2006 03:23 PM

After alomost 10years in the biz, I can say NATS is a awesome affiliate software and support for it top notch! :pimp

TheGoldenChild 02-17-2006 03:24 PM

People trusted his counter service known as Porngraph too...
Do some searches and research.

Look what happened there.:1orglaugh

Folks putting faith in NATS are like lemmings begging to fall off a cliff.
He already fooled us all once...

I never give 2nd chances.

Blazing 02-17-2006 03:26 PM

I can speak for MPA3 as I have used the product now with 2 separate programs.. We are customizing ours right now with some really tricked out dynamic gallery builder features. The platform easily accommodates special customization... The support is awesome, and the ease of use is great as well...

El Mega 02-17-2006 03:27 PM

Not like the poll doesn't speak for itself...

but hands down...

NATS is the shit! ( that means 'Good' to all you non-urban folks )

Not just from the sponsor perspective, but also form the affiliates perspective as well.

I'm relieved when I'm signing up to a new program, and I realize their using NATS.
I know I'll be able to login, create a campaign, grab my links and the creatvies and galleries in just a few clicks.

From the sponsor side, the software is so easy to manage, generate exactly the reports you want an need to see, but also fine tune your program to monetize every aspect of your programs traffic.

JoeS 02-17-2006 03:28 PM

MPA3 is by far the best affiliate management program I've used. More than that though the support is the best without a doubt. Their programmers are on hand to create custom features and very responsive and professional. In the ten years I've been working in the adult internet industry Mansion Productions is one of the most professional and reliable company's I've had the pleasure to deal with. Their programs do everything we need and what new innovations they haven't thought of they can create for us in short order.

Rand 02-17-2006 03:28 PM

I'm sure both are fine programs and either could do the job.

What I would add, however, is that Oystein (of MPA3) has been around this biz since at least 1998. You all know him. Many have worked with him, including myself.

For me, personal relationships go a long way so if I were choosing one or the other I would go with MPA3.

klixxxgirl 02-17-2006 03:29 PM

love Oystein... so you know which one i vote for!! ;-)

JDog 02-17-2006 03:31 PM

I'd have to say, MPA3 over NATS any day. First off NATS has the rebill problem, more than a few programs have mentioned that. Second I don't like the NATS templating system, I'm not a big Smarty template person.

MPA3 in my view would look to be better optimized than NATS too. But this is just my view.

SetTheWorldonFire 02-17-2006 03:31 PM

I've seen tons of bugs and broken shit on all programs except for NATS

Smarty errors every now and then but nothing complety buggish or broken.

SplitInfinity 02-17-2006 03:32 PM

So far looks like Nats is in the lead, still waiting for some more comments.

Thanks everyone, you guys KNOW how to POST. :-)

Im not saying MPA3 is inferior to NATS, however, saying that you would base your business merely around knowing someone, even if their product was inferior, would be a poor choice. :2 cents:

Chris- I am sure if you hit up Oystein he'll cut you a great deal.

Jake 02-17-2006 03:49 PM

MPA3 gets my vote! The Mansion guys have taken very good care of us from day one! :thumbsup :thumbsup

If MPA3 were inferior, you would have a point.

However, given the choice between two very like products and doing biz with someone I know versus someone I don't, of course I'm going to go with the guy I know.

Not saying anything bad about the guys at NATS. I just don't know them. Read this post as op/ed and nothing more.

fris 02-17-2006 03:56 PM

nats all the way, more and more people have said they are more likely to promote a program that is nats.

TMM_John 02-17-2006 03:57 PM

Doing a poll here is going to get you nothing more than a who has more friends score than a representation of which software is better.

The way to find out which is better is to demo each.

Some interesting replies tho.

Kenny B! 02-17-2006 03:59 PM

I can't comment on MPA's product but we are very happy with Nats and recommend them

ajskin 02-17-2006 04:00 PM

MPA3 is the way to go - It just works and that is what counts at the end of the day...:thumbsup :thumbsup

I could not agree more with you this time John :thumbsup

Mr.Anderson 02-17-2006 04:10 PM

Mpa3 is the best invention since the gun powder !!!
It just rocks.

Hei Oystein... Proever aa stoette dere litt :)

SiMpLe 02-17-2006 04:16 PM

First off let me say that I promote programs that use nats. I see no issues on the affiliate side of things, I send traffic, I get checks. I'm an easy affiliate hehe

On the other hand for MY BUSINESS - I've been running MPA for years. Nats came out right when I was about to launch another program so I had it installed. ($1500) My 2 programmers went in after the install, poked around for a day then proceeded to jump my shit after looking at the set up and templates. So (-$1500 loss and a good ass chewing from my guys later) we stuck with MPA, tweaked and modded the fuck out of it. Anyone like to see what can be done with MPA is more than welcome to hit nscash.com and browse the affiliate area. The possibilities are endless. If you can think of a feature or some sort of addition, it can be done easily. Both are good solutions but for my business - Me and my team chose MPA hands down.

Thats old news man. And just because they installed a feature that a client requested is not the problem. The problem is the actual partner programs that want an easy way to shave.

Don't blame MPA3 .. blame the affiliate programs that shave you. Trust me, I'm sure there are plenty of programs that are using NATS and they shave.

Love your program at Niche Pay :)

slavdogg 02-17-2006 04:27 PM

what major affiliate program is using MPA3 ??

bdld 02-17-2006 04:27 PM

from an affiliates point of view only, i dig NATS set ups and sponsors much much more.

MarkTiarra 02-17-2006 04:37 PM

I've used NATS extensively and have been reallly happy with. Like anyone they had growing pains but the addressed them and continue too and the stuff they add to it is fantastic. It gets my holehearted thumbs up.

book-mark 02-17-2006 04:45 PM

We have been using MPA3 for years.
Its ROCK-SOLID
Customer Support is more than EXCELLENT

Oystein and his team go above and beyond on supporting their product.

Godd job guys, keep it up

This can only be settled in a cage match betweeen Oystein and John.

Set it up in Phoenix.

I've never used Nats.

When we bought BlueFantasies i took over the existing MPA account. I have to say I've been impressed. Not only with the software but with the support. Taking over a site and making changes has resulted in us needing alot of MPA support and they've been extremely fast and efficient with everything.

Also, I've had a few get togethers with Oystein and I've been very impressed by him and Garry. They both seem like great guys that are looking forward and as a result I feel confident posting that MPA is a good choice.

I think these all do. If you go to their signup page, you can tell that they are all using MPA3.

If I am wrong on any of these, I'm very sorry.
