Earlier today I sent Corvette a text message from Belinda's phone. I knew he wouldn't recognize the number. The message said:

I'M PREGNANT AND IT MIGHT BE YOURS!

For reasons that I'll let him explain, he had to worry about that message for almost 5 hours before he could call back.

When he finally called back, I answered. I said, "Belinda's in the hottub, I'll go get her."

He still didn't realize who it was. The volume on the phone was turned up loud enough for me to hear him talking to her:

Corvette:
"Someone sent me a message from this number earlier this afternoon."

Belinda (laughs loudly):
"That was Donny. This is Belinda. He was being a dork."

Corvette:
Oh thank God! (more talking). Let me talk to him.



What he told me was hilarious. I'll let him tell the story.

Yea yea, funny funny?some of you may know that this is not the first time that a joke of this nature has been played on me, please keep them coming

I plugged my phone in to my computer to charge last night and turned the software on so that it would sync with my computer. I guess the software needed to be updated so it did so and rebooted my computer. In the morning I discovered there was an issue with the update and my phone did not work and would not charge through my computer, I was not able to use my phone during the entire day, it was an inch away from being drained.

When I got home, I tried to fix it but right before the phone died, I glanced at one of my text messages from earlier in the day and it was ?I'M PREGNANT AND IT MIGHT BE YOURS!?

i drove to the tmobile store, on the freeway at 80+, calling the # as soon as I bought the charger, called donny. When I heard him giggling I calmed down a bit.

I thought that the chances of it being true were very small, but it would keep bouncing around my head until I knew for sure?

For some reason the picture of you doing more than 80mph to get a charger so you can call the number and find out who it was.... that just cracks me the fuck UP! :1orglaugh

And it was really funny hearing you talk to Belinda. "Hello, someone sent me a message from this number earlier this afternoon!" (almost panic in voice...).

Whew... now I know who NOT to give my number to ;-)
