I don't think that makes them look bad. Most people know it's not enough to make a fair judgement. If that is what his ratio is, then so be it. I doubt he is posting fake stats.

Whenever your ratios are near 1:1000 you should always contact an affiliate representative to help you understand what the problem could be.

1:2000 is still fucking shitty.

there's a reason for ratio's like this. It's called saturation. too many fuckers pushing the same shit & it's thinning out the conversions.

How can one make a sale to a paysite when the surfer can type in his favorite models name & get a list of millions of sites, then the surfer will just click from site to site & see thousands of pics of his favorite girl. Fuck, everyday the majority of my SE traffic is solo girls models names.

Raven Riley, Brooke Skye, Alyssa Doll, Michelle Lynn, Cherry Potter, all the pancho dogs Fey girls.. shit, these surfers arent going to pay for a membership. too many fuckwads building whole sites around one girl.

Fucking damn, one day I saw a few sites that had at least 50 galleries of the same model. Now why the fuck would this surfer buy a membership when he can bookmark this FREE blog & come back every few days & get more FREE pics of this girl for FREE!!! too much fucking saturation.

Never had I in my life had conversions & sales so fucking poor & bad til I started pushing solo girls. I'm fucking going broke here. Seriously, I need to change what I push & I am beginning to see that any sponsor that shows up on this board is going to have poor conversions.

Only solo girl I ever made a sale on was Brooke Skye & that was luck. OH, & I sold a recurring sale to Crystal Kleins site.. that's it, not a single sale to any other solo sites.. Reason I focused on the solo girls was that I like them, liked it better & thought it would work out, but fact is, the money's not there & I don't think it will be there. I think I'm going to start focusing on sites & sponsors that are not being whored or pushed on this board. the less people pushing them, the more sales I'll make. No sense pushing a site if that site is also being pushed by a million other people.

Why? i think 1:1000 is an outstanding ratio.. unless the sponsor is counting 2nd page uniques or join page uniques... which is useless to begin with :2 cents:

I think most people realize this but I am under the impression he only sent 1 join. I could be wrong.

and have done great, 1 in 3 to 4k.

It is a decent ratio, but in the case of AndiPink, for example, her average ratio is 1:690, including prettybad traffic mixed in there. So when an affiliate is over 1000 clicks and has not made a sale, it is in our best interest and his, to see if there is anything we can do to improve on that. :) Never hurts to overwork these things.

Sometimes affiliates offer large amounts of traffic and get nothing back.

When that happens - its time for other affiliates to get the word.

The aim if the site is the name of the site, as its free it will work - comments like "frothing at the mouth" like yours will simply not exist on fuckemoff.com.

Comments like "this site xyz.com converted for me at 1:2000" WILL EXIST.

Then - its up to the affiliate masses to make their choice.

Youll see. No probs. Easy as pie.

Sometimes the ratio says more about the affiliate than the program.
There is a big difference between feeding tgp random scripts vs stay updated with hardlinks to new sites and optimize your folio constantly (and no - "hall of fame"-scripted galleries are just popular clicks.. not sales).

Anyway, my finger-rules are 8-10 sales before I start looking at the ratio, and if sales only appear with 1:5.000 over a period of 1 week then its bell time.

If the sales rep offer assistance, then take it. Its all about partnership, right?

Thats cool - a section for sponsors with "SHIT" stats aswell - you know - the ones with stats that tell affiliates nothing - that will scare affiliates away from garbage sponsors too.

I was at 1:109 until second week of december. gotta wait out see what happens with them next month. Again, back to saturation. I pushed when they were still fairly new, now it's all over the fucking place.

I think theres a few more affiliates out there these days than people realise on here.

Seriously, "saturation"=Brand Recognition. Something companies pay billions in advertising to achieve.
It's a crutch when used as an excuse for poor conversions I hate to say it.

This does not mean to go submit the same pages advertising the same sponsors and sites as everyone and their dog, but dont delude yourself into thinking that because a site is very popular that it's conversions suck, lol. Doesnt make sense at all when you look at it that way, does it?

hmmm... well I'm not ready quite yet to check all my sponsors but I just checked one of them that I knew wasn't all that great but that I don't send a lot of traffic to either.. sent more than 40k hits this year and it's 1:1877. It's a CCBill sponsor if that makes any difference.

how would you like it if Panchodog had started a thread titled 'Worst Affiliate With Shitty Traffic of 2005????' and you clicked on it and there the answer was - dvd316 - the most useless affiliate of them all.

i know what Andi Pink's conversion ratios are - and they're very good - you are converting 4-5 times worse than the average affiliate - maybe you should be asking yourself why.
