here are my stats for the whole year
my gym stats that is
http://www.tgpwiz.com/hh/gym.jpg can't say that I lost any weight, maintained 91 kg throughout the whole year, but I would've been much much fatter if it wasn't for the gym Just read an article that claims "that physical activity, without caloric restriction, minimally if at all affects fat loss", now that sucks major dick, I love food, and I don't think I can survive on fruits and veggies p.s. from now and it's going to be 6 days a week, I swear !!!! |

Get your diet in order, you will see results in no time. Fruits and veggies alone do not make a good workout diet.
Try eat a lot of complex carbohydrates (brown rice, brown bread, green veggies) and lots lots of protein (fish, turkey, chicken, lean beef). Drink a galloon of water a day, and cut out all sweets, sugars and soda pops. Cut out excess fruits, they're full of sugar. |
Do u have tips how to gain weight? Mine is just 44 kg...I'm damn too skinny

1. Lift weights like an animal
2. Cease all aeronic/cardovascular activity 3. Eat 6-8 times a day. Boatloads of carbs & protein. Lean beef (Argentinan, Brazilian) will work wonders on hard gainers. 4. Get enough rest, take 1-2 rest days throughout the week, sleep ~8 hours. Before you goto bed, chug one of these, every night: - 500 ml's of whole milk - 2-3 whole eggs - 1-2 scoops of fatfree icecream - 2 massive scoops of natural (!) peanut butter - 1 banana - 200 gr of cottage cheese - 3 big scoops of quality whey protein powder, e.g. chocolate flavour - splenda to taste Remember... eating like a horse and lifting like a fairy will only make you gain rolls of fat with minimum muscle gains. Lift hard until you faint and puke in the gym and eat like crazy, that's the combo for hard gainers. Quote:
