Back at the gym!
Yup, time to get back into shape. Should be bench pressing cars for charity come mid-January. :)

ive been working out for 3 months now
i moved up from 175 on bench press to 235 so far :) gonna try to stick with it all next year and see where i am next new years should be a mini hulk i try not to focus on bench press to much though i work a three day split with saturdays off first day shoulders pecs and up 2nd day abs upper and lower back 3rd day legs and ass :) |
WAY too much work for me. I'm happy being a skinny twink.

sometims you wonder why your doing it lol but then when you start getting results and seeing muscle's you didnt know were there in the mirror you cant wait to keep lifting lol |
I am hitting the gym so hard when I get back from the Philippines. I lost all my body fat here, so Ill get ripped quick...
