Penthouse is coming out with a new webmaster program called Penthouse Partners

We don't process with them and haven't seen we have got a new owner in Oct 2004. iBill likes to make people think us and them are the same people..but we aren't.

Wow, who was the processor? When Penthouse was publishing my photography, I requested an affiliate program to promote about a gajillion times and no one ever mentioned that there had ever been one.

Which actually brings up another question. My contract with Penthouse was such that my work could never be used for partner content. Do you guys have all the current info on that sort of thing or are you only going to use new stuff you all purchased since the sale for such things?

I don't know what you shot for us....but everything we use clears the rights people.

Penthouse.com is GMCI Internet Operations, Inc, a 100% owned subsidiary of Penthouse Media Group Inc. For those who don't know, Penthouse Media Group is 39% owned by IBD (iBill). If you are suing iBill, then you are suing yourselves.

Is this penthouse the mag?

Sounds funny, but that is what is happening.

1) Penthouse Media Group is the new post-bankruptcy Penthouse

2) IBD (owners of iBill) controlled Penthouse during bankruptcy for about three months

3) Marc Bell our current owner, wanted to own penthouse and get it out of bankruptcy and away from IBD.

4) IBD refused and kept staling. They really wanted to say they owned a piece of Penthouse.

5) In order to appease the IBD dudes, Marc Bell gave them 39.4% of the common stock of Penthouse Media Group. But this stock has no control, no voting, and is non-transferable. For all intends and purposes they own nothing.

I just thought it was appropriate that this be said since you were making out like iBill has no role in your company at all. 39% is a big stake and your success means money goes to the folks running iBD. Many people here would rather not contribute to the bank accounts of Molina/Galinas/Granite etc.

I don't think you get it. They do not get anything from Penthouse.

In order to get out of bankrupcty- Marc had to make a deal with them.
But their common stock is worth nothing at all.

All the owners have preferred stock. I don't think they even have an anti-dilution provision.

trust me. We are not a front for, or working with those dudes.

Last year when it looked like those guys where going to take over - I left the company. It wasn't until Marc Bell took over that they could lure me back.

I have no love for those guys and wouldn't do business with them.

Yes. Penthouse has lots of it. We had a hardcore set every issue from 1997 until 2004, and some good stuff too Brianna Banks, Tera Patrick, hot chicks with anal, DP, etc.

And now, although the magazine has been toned down...the website is still hardcore. I just didn't post it.

Because many many people people believe or think, Ibill=Penthouse and there for on the internet it "damns" Penthouse forever, especially regarding affiliates relations.
