yeah, get the same thing here. Had to check because my card was declined at an ATM and there is plenty of money in there.

Yes my current balance is reading as $0.00 when it should be much higher than that.

my balance is 0.00 for some days now, but I can still use it at ATM's and shit. It will be ok

I tried to reload...even got the confirmation that I loaded $500. My total available was $102.44. I called them, and I'm still in pending mode, and they'll be refunding back to my credit card within 48 hours. What a pain, but at least I was able to get ahold of someone on the phone to find out what's wrong.
