I tried to reload...even got the confirmation that I loaded $500. My total available was $102.44. I called them, and I'm still in pending mode, and they'll be refunding back to my credit card within 48 hours. What a pain, but at least I was able to get ahold of someone on the phone to find out what's wrong.
