!!!annoying & stupid customerz!!!
man thiz sux!
Been sick all day but thatz not even worst part... :( I had a fucking retard customer who could not figure out how to download.... now he emailed me back with a very nasty message... I was fair (u are always told the customer is rite....) and supplied the customer with to optional download linkz + emailed him attashment + a guide to get a refund (i was really nice) now the dickhead emailz me back stating he has yet to recieve anythink and that he will contact my cc processor (the dump fuck really think they believe him over their VIP merchant) and all other ccprocessors to inform them I do not deliever what I promised... now I get really mad telling the bastard he's got refund + a free ebook.... now I recieve another letter him threathning me + my biz again.... (he already recieved refund) now I get really mad and phone up clickbank + emailing a very loong mail to a few ppl I know at the clickbank office with reprints of emails etc. just 2 minutes ago I get a mail from the good and honest ppl at clickbank that he has now contacted them again... Now I get really mad and its fucking time to paypack! so now I have contated my laywer + the guy will never be able to use his fucking cc on a site using a processor like ccbill, clickbank etc. (he is officially the first one I asked to get on a blacklist) hehe that dude will sure be green in his head when that laywer knocks on his door and deliver the papers...hehehe sorry guyz Im a fair guy but he was really nasty and I'll happy use $$$ eventhough I might end up loosing.... talk about bitching day at the office & a triple phonebill :ak47: I have never in my life been that mad on a customer... Jeeeeeeeez! I am almost sure its my competition thats using dirty trickz to get me down.... thoze fuckerz if and when I get evidence [I've seen the dudes name someplace before...] they better have a deal with the :feels-hot devil cus I will sure give them a fight they will never forget! so bring it on! I mean im a niceguy but step on me 2 much and I have an edge like any1 else has :Kissmy so what I need now is some love from the ppl at GFY :waaaaahh |

Actually, my brother and I owned a comic book shop when the death of Superman comic came out and we had a few problems. One customer, some fanatical woman who had succumbed to the news hype, became so irate when we sold out that she threw a fit, called us names, said she would demand the city take away our business license and threatened to sue us in front of the other customers. She didn't leave until my brother picked up the phone to call the police.

You can usually win them over with the right attitude, but when you can't just give them a refund and let it go. Blacklist them if you're really pissed. You need a thick skin to operate a paysite. :)

I had someone with a password problem, and I fixed it and replied, but he kept repeatedly claiming he never got any emails from me (like "This is the 3rd time I am writing and I am getting no response" type thing).
Turned out my "From" email address was being knocked back by his ISP. As soon as I used another account, I was fine (and so was he). |
