I see $0,00 as available balance in my epass account...

I cant even login.

Getting that too, it happened a few days ago as well .. everything was back to normal in a few hours. Don't worry ... yet!

Btw, has anyone ever applied for a limit increase? They send a PDF application via your ePass email and it doesn't open - the file is corrupted. This is the 2nd time it's happened and when I tell them about the problem, they just ignore it and deny the application ...

yes, I freaked out and called them by phone and the only thing I got is a message telling me they won't answer because they're under sytem upgrade. He-llo-ooooooo epassporte, did you hire friggin robots for your so called "customer support"? :disgust

Man this is why real banking is regulated.... And it still sucks too!

I hate the telephone support at epass.

I went totaly mental at one of them a while ago - I was shaking when I got off the phone. I was half expecting my account to be closed.

thats why as of yesterday i cashed out my epass account

This isnt the first time they have done this. It will be back up soon. Nothing to worry about.
