Btw, has anyone ever applied for a limit increase? They send a PDF application via your ePass email and it doesn't open - the file is corrupted. This is the 2nd time it's happened and when I tell them about the problem, they just ignore it and deny the application ...
yes, I freaked out and called them by phone and the only thing I got is a message telling me they won't answer because they're under sytem upgrade. He-llo-ooooooo epassporte, did you hire friggin robots for your so called "customer support"?
