my god damn trainer trying to get me to gain mass told me to stop eatin like a girl..... so now im eating a microwave dinner like once an hour, and i still aint gaining any weight but i am eating like a fucking heaffer..... i am a food fiend now... like crack, but with food....

Got some pointers for ya....
Im a 6ft+ 230lb guy...so i may be able to help. Breakfast = SALAD BAR, just toss on as much turkey & ham sqaures as you can find. Top it off with some bacon bits. Or 3 breakfast sandwhich's from BK. Lunch = Footlong Sub...not one of those pussy ass veggie subs like Dereck from subway...he's a big fag. Dinner = Combination of Salad bar & another footlong. or Captain D's/ Long John Silvers for their fried fish. Midnight Snack = BEEF FUCKING JERKEY |

mid morning= Ass blasting protein bar (low carbs) Lunch= Lettuce wrap look like a fag, turkey or chicken sandwhich Mid afternoon= Ass blasting gut bloating cause you cant shit it out protein bar Dinner= Turkey, Chicken, Fish or Beef, and steamed Veggies Evening= By now you cant fit in your jeans, cause you cant shit until you swallow some Goddamn Psyllium husk to push out the non-fibrous protein bars you have consumed all day, final protein bar. Sound like a plan? |

Creatinenot bad for you...hmmmmm...it can stress the kidney. Trust me. It naturally occurs in meat, poultry, fish and other high protein foods. The problem being that many of the creatine products on the market can contain analgous compounds that are poorly systhesized. Can you say horrendous kidney stones?
If you want to gain mass naturally eat lots of protein and carbs before bed...your body will not break them down as completely during sleep, thus they will become fat. Then use a high weight low rep weight lifting regimen to burn this fat into bulk. As far as the creatine thing goes. Do a bit of research and you'll find its not really healthy way to gain mass. Although I must admit it does the job QUICK! For a guy like kman whom I imagine cares very little about what chemicals he puts into his body, I'd say fuckit! |

My current diet. (Occasionally Drinking only water)
Breakfast - 9am Anything I can find with a lot of carbs. Usually Pasta or those ramen noodle soups. (4) Egg whites. Lunch - 12:30pm Tuna sandwich (light mayo), baked potato. Lunch2 - 4:00pm low calory soup, (lipton) Dinner - 8:00pm Salad.. fat free dressing. :repuke and go to the gym at night. its working for me. |
