$500 for a high rise condo in one of the nicer parts of town. Not bad, considering similar accommodations back in Los Angeles where I'm from would probably range between $1250 to $2000 per month. Plus, you have a car wash specialist that comes to your parking stall and cleans your car in and out for $3

$1750/month for a studio apt. in greenwich vill. right next to washington square park.(it was all about the location, the apartment itself was small as hell)

my rent+elec+water+cable+phone+cell phone+car insurance+apartment insurance=$1700 a month (approximatly)
