It depends on your primary source of traffic, if you do MGP galleries, it would be high up there, if you do seo, then no.

It's taken on a new level of importance thanks to all these movie galleries. I think 2003 & 2002 could have gone without them but 2004 saw a rebirth of sorts.

How much does it effect the payouts or the potential payouts if you did not have to offer it?
