Why is he called "Slow Guy?"

Ok so this guy showed up one day in Santa cruz.. he walks at a snails pace 1 foot in front of the other.. he stops traffic as he takes more than 5 miniutes to cross the street..

more recently he has taken up wearing pink drag and lots of makeup and he hikes his skirt up when he steps off the curb hahhaah

we have a guy nicknamed "scary black guy", he walks up and down wilmington pk with a baseball bat, always biting down on his keys

when his keys arent in his mouth he's shouting profanity's at his best friend who he has kinda a love/hate relationship, who's name is natedawg.. unfortunately only scary black guy can see him.. making mediation between the two pretty difficult, but since natedawg is always around even if we dont know we can assume that they do settle their differences eventually :upsidedow

We have a guy who I've nicknamed "Bicycle guy". He's at least in his 60's or 70's and rides around town on a little bike that's covered in either copper pots or pots he's spray painted. He's a smallish fellow with bright gray hair and never seems to be smiling - just intent on riding the bike. He wears overalls and is very tanned because he's always riding everywhere. The lady who works at my front gate has lived here all her life and said he's very smart but doesn't work and just likes riding around.

The best was when I was behind him at the bank - he just rides his bike up to the drive up window. Then again, in this small town this is the same bank where I heard someone yell into the window "Martha, I need $50 from my account - thanks!". No checks, withdrawal slips, bank account or ID needed :)

Thats why I love my town, your looked down on if you try to flaunt it so no one does. We live in one of the highest priced Real estate markets in the Country, and instead of Bentlys Ferarris and other exotic cars the hottest selling car in our area is the Toyota Prius Hybrid. and a lot fo weirdos drive Bio Deisal 70's mercedes and old fucked up volvos.

Northern California is a totally different place. That is why I love it I fit in with all the weirdos hhahha.. Look how well I blend with Slow guy.. its like I am not even there.

My new marketing campaign is to try to draw more attention to me than he does to him, within our industry of course :)

Money is nice, but its not the be all and end all of my life. Friends and family are more important than money to me.

P.S. the stock market has been very good to me this year...

and I am calling a real estate top right now. We might even be heading for recession in the next 6-12 months.
