I used to like naughtyamerica but what a waste of time. That time could be better spent raising the quality of your videos that you have in your members area

I whack off in there all the time, the quality is what it's suppose to be, Amateur.

The reason we filed this lawsuit so that no one has any misconception was to protect our affiliates and the members they send to our sites and our program. We had many resellers bring it to our attention and our job is to make the resellers happy.
Andrej is a great guy and NextDoorCash is a great program, this was nothing against them. The arbitration did not come out in our favor and it was unfortunate, regardless we would have expected them to have done the same.
Andrej we wish you and your program the best of luck in the future.

I understand your position. Just one question, what if one of your affiliates purchases a domain similar to one of yours for use in SEO. Is that OK as long as they send all traffic to you? Just want to make sure I am not going to get myself in trouble.

The fonts and the writing are very similar in hotmomnextdoor.com and that's no mistake. Of course they were looking to capitalize on the popularity of myfriendshotmom.com. You gotta be stupid, ignorant or riding KLs nutsack to not recognize that.

myfriendshotmom.com was registered 1 month before hotmomnextdoor.com, it was not popular, not officially released at that time...

If it were me, I would have changed the lettering so that my site looked original and so nobody would mistake it as a knock-off of another successfull site like appearantly people took hotmomnextdoor.com as. Wouldn't you want your site to look unique and original?

Actually everytime Ive ever made a suggestion or requested anything from NA, they have come through even if it meant going out of their way. And thats been many times. You ought to try them out, they're great.

of course you lost. it is enough for the arbitration to fail one part of the four prong test and you clearly failed the 'no legitimate business interest' part. when someone has a developed site, youre pretty much done. should have told the affiliate to read instead of bothering you and saved yourselves the money, the hassle and the negative pr.
