They are out for themselves like he said it's a business not a boys network.

This industry can make or break you in seconds

You either bend or you break :2 cents:

Its not negative pr. They stood up for what they believed in instead of just sitting back and doing nothing. They made a decision to fight for what they believed to be right. The lawsuit was no sweat off their back win or loose. They fought on principle (Do we believe this is wrong? Yes? Ok, to court we go)and thats honorable. So they lost. Everyone loses. Coke, Pepsi, McDonalds, Nike....everyone loses little cases like this but the important thing is that they stand up for what they believe in and let it be known that if you push, you're gonna get pushed back.

Whatever dude. The dispute was over the title "Hot Mom" which they do not own the trademark to. How is that getting pushed?

Alright alright... well in that case

"How is that being pushed"

thats not up to you to decide, its up to NA. Haven't you ever "believed" that you were being fucked with and some bystander says "forget about it dude, I "believe" its nothing". But you dont forget about it because you "believe" it is something, and that someone is pushing you? Well this is like that. Whenever something like that happens to you, I suggest you stand up for yourself and for what you believe, just like NA did.

Excellent. Sounds like 2 stand up companies with an honest dispute that got solved by the almighty American justice system, same as happens day in and day out.

thewebgarage 07-15-2005 02:33 PM

That post can be replied to in a various amount of ways and how people will comment on it will have a lot to do with their ethical/moral background. Some may agree with RogerV, some may not, some may agree partially. That post is sort of a "trick question", reason why people would rather not comment on it. :winkwink:
