Boobdollars - Time to sue
 

So these guys still owe me nearly $1000. From what I have seen on here Im not the only one.
Not reasly worth me paying a lawer for that, but if everyone who is owed money chips in its gonne be worth a few $ each to sue these guys for the cash we are owed.

tell'm you will be at there office such and such date to pick your $ 1,000.00 bucks in CASH, show up, if they don't have it start up-pluging computers and setting them by the front door. Or better still just show up one day.

When you think you have a $ 1,000.00 worth load'm up and leave.

I've done it 3 or 4 times... Be careful though it's not legal.

Boobdollars.com owes me $500+. They've owed me money for almost a year now. I've never received 1 check from them, just excuse after excuse. They run a very dishonest program.

I thought NATS would pull the plug (terminate the license) on dishonest sponsors. This was stated by the NATS guys on several occasions.

Sounds like it is time to take action.

Any sponsor that owes money to several affiliates is a sinking ship.

They have been stealing and scamming for at least more than two years...motherfuckers...

Don't you have in the US some collect agencies. I don't mean those with some big people :-) But legit ones. They get 10% of the sum or so. 900 is still better then nothing...

even the legal ones cost more than that.

I was thinking of ebaying mine to at least get some cash out of them.....

We dont promote them very much, but when we did, we got paid with no problem.

they are MOTHERFUCKERS who owe me about $350 for over a year now. Fucking pieces of shit, im just waiting for that fucking fag of boobdollars to rush in this thread and say ´email me and ill pay you asap´ like he did in the last two threads about them. Ofcourse they still NEVER paid, over the last year i sent them appr. 20 emails, some icq convos, still nothing.

If it was me I would sue, no matter the cost. You will win and let them pay legal fees.

They sound a lot like XXL-Cash... $360 and counting.

They owe me money as well.... From Dec/2004 and some this year but I guess the cheques "could" be in the mail.....

All these complaints of not paying really shock me, I have been doing work for them for close to 4 years and I have always gotten paid with no hassle at all.

I'm not saying you guys are not getting your money but damn Joel just doesnt seem the type to stiff anyone like this.

Exactly what happened to me. I have had around 10 email conversations back and forth with Joel where he has given me every possible excuse as too why I have not received my check. IMO, Joel is a dishonest person and Boobdollars.com scams webmasters, at least they did to me. I dont know how they are still in business.
