would NATS continuing to lease the software to BoobDollars also be a crime? If someone rents a car and the person that rents the car holds up a liquor store, and the car company found out and continued to let the person rent the car...would the car rental agency not be an accomplice to the fleeing of a fugitive? or aiding and abetting or some shit?

this is my opinion on the matter:
i am no lawyer whatsoever, but to me someone that rents a product and allows people to steal with that product is just as bad as the people that stole in my book

now that I think about it, boobdollars woukd have probably go to court and be found guilty of what they are doing before NATS could be held liable for anything...but then someone could turn around and sue NATS for allowing it happen with knowledge of it happening, because they did repsond in threads about it and they knew all along it was happening
