Who Owns Iwantu??? I Need Your Help!!!
OK, I'm TRYING not to lose my temper. I want someone to HELP me sort out the PROBLEMS with my account. I've emailed my REP and after a WEEK the email I get back does NOT answer my questions.
I'm not naming names. I'm not publically ranting about all of the problems. HOWEVER... ICQ : no answer EMAIL : SLOW AND UNSATISFACTORY ANSWER. YOUR FORUM : My Post Gets Deleted. What else can I do?????? If you own the fucking program or have more authority than a rep, PLEASE would you get in touch??? My account username starts with aavsellers @ Bryan (a genuinely helpful and excellent guy, but who is unable to help because he lacks the authority) will be able to tell you my account user (tiscali @) which is of course also my email address. Please contact me soon, before I flip. I can't send any more traffic until this is resolved. I am VERY SORRY for posting this on GFY but I've tried every other means first and even in this post I'm not exposing my issues or the parties involved. Waiting to get some help. Kristian |

it is fact, if you send traffic to iwantu not only will they shave you like a gilette, they will also ignore you for a week.

I'm not saying there is anything bad about the program in general. Afterall, I think I'm the only one complaining here. I'm also happy with my earnings per unique. I just think my account is fucked up (a few problems) and good logic and business sense dictates that I can't continue sending traffic until my issues are resolved. I'm not "threatening" to take away my traffic; just saying that I can't send traffic when my account seems a little screwy.
If you own the prog or have authority, please leave your method of contact here and I will be in touch ASAP. (Thanks also for the bumps guys!) |

I should clarify my above comment. I WAS happy with my earnings per unique. Before thus. Certain problems with my account would not make me happy even with a handful of happy pills.

Kristian you are a whinny little bitch, everyday you post here like this is their support board or something. Take it to the proper channels and Im sure you'll get a response. I've NEVER had a problem reaching them.
And if anyone has PROOF of them shaving please do tell, I've been promoting Iwantu for years now without a single issue. |

Things haven't been so smooth over there for awhile now. I got a friend who is having payment issues with them as well right now. Just swap their ads out for someone else. Try DatingGold or AFF. Nothing speaks louder than a loss of traffic from an affiliate. They do want to keep all their affiliates at any measures (so they say) but they also hum and haw about responding until it's too late.

they are a nightmare to get anything done, I was owed 2k in january, if I remember the months correctly, and didnt see it till march, blaming me for no epass account on file, when in fact it was their rep who put me down for epass payouts. Hilarious company they are.

I find it funny that you have not tried contacting either myself or Michael (the owner) if you believ our reps "don't have the authority to help you". Our ICQ numbers are easy to find....again, here's mine: 520468. I have also checked our DB logs and see NO record of any contact form submission by you. I'm sure whatever your problem is can be quickly resolved. Please note that we are usually not online on GFY though at 3am-4am. I just love how the people with complaints always feel it best to post them when they know we won't be around for a few hours, don't you ? Anyhow if you ICQ me OR use our contact form, your issue will be solved. You should have done so to begin with and saved a lot of time. |

I have spoken with Bryan about your account, and he has told me that the issue is with how/when we payout? The weekly system works 2 periods behind (as it always has). Thus, in your payments, when you see a row for 07/07, that is the date it will be issued. It covers the period of 06/13/2005 - 06/19/2005 (plus any carryover from the previous weeks if you hadn't reached your minimum). When you see "status" as Pending, that means the issue hasn't occurred yet. When you see "Issued", it means it has. If you have not received a payment that is marked as Issued, then it is a problem we need to resolve. According to Bryan though, this wasn't your issue. I won't go into any other specifics here (as I"m sure you dont want details shared), but if you ICQ me we can probably resolve this in 2 minutes. |

If I were a program owner, I would fault on the side of the affiliate, and just resolve the issue. He had said numerous times he was not slamming the program, and had the one of the sincerest responses I've seen on GFY when trying to resolve an issue compared to some of the demand, and smear tactics of others. Then IWU comes in and low balls him? Definately not professional. So what, he did not e-mail everyone in the company. He said he followed whatever channels, and that should be good enough.
