It appears that you are still in a process of "damage control" and, since it involves defaming my character, I must respond for this - I promise - the final time.

You are intent on making me appear to be a hater, while at the same time you are the concientous representative of CashRing.

This is simply untrue.

I am not "hating". I have tried to contact ChashRing through every channel and recieved no help for 17 days. I have had icqs ignored, form emails ignored, and a forum post deleted. I came to GFY for the sole purpose, not to hate, but to FINALLY get a resolution.


You use time differences to make me seem inpatient and unreasonable.

Varius, 4 days ago I was preactically begging Bryan to get Lara, and she still only got back to me today. Time difference does not apply when we are talking 4 days or 17 days from my first form email.

THE TRUTH:

I have nothing to GAIN from defaming CashRing (nor any intention) and CashRing (and Varius) have everything to LOSE from being made to look inefficient or, so say others, unscrupulous.

I had payment questions that needed answering and, without going into details, there were problems with my script in the member area that needed fixing. I sent an email about payments 17 days ago and it was unanswered. I communicated in different ways, every single day in the interum, and coming to GFY was my last ditch attempt at getting resolution.

Varius, it is now your job (or task) to make me seem unreasonable, a hater, whatever. And you, of course, must come across efficient and reasonable. But I know the truth. And the truth is that I had a problem, couldn't get answers for 17 days, and only now do you give me the resolution I need. But, instead of JUST EMAILING ME, giving me what I have been practically begging for for almost 3 weeks, you have to try and save face by defaming my character.

This is my last post - honestly - on the situation. I wanted help, I couldnt get any, so I used GFY as a means to get it (after asking for it for 3 weeks). The comments from other users here, and of course the obvious lack of support I've recieved, make CashRing look back. You email me (resolution) but you use damage control and, in so doing, defame my character to preserve your own.

If only you had seen this thread and given me help, without blatently defaming my reputation, I would have no problems at all promoting you in the future.

However, due to your sly tactics, I want nothing whatsoever to do with CashRing. I am shocked at your level of slyness (and at your experise in that, if nothing else).

If I were a program owner, I would fault on the side of the affiliate, and just resolve the issue. He had said numerous times he was not slamming the program, and had the one of the sincerest responses I've seen on GFY when trying to resolve an issue compared to some of the demand, and smear tactics of others.

I still don't see what you call "me trying to defame you", but in any case, there is no point continuing this longer. Are your issues resolved now?

If no, and you are interested in resolving it (obviously I'd hope), reply back with any questions.

I do agree with you though, that 17 days is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for support. That will be something checked into for sure (all contact form or Forum submissions are logged, so we can verify your submissions and whether they were received or not).

The guy has no legitmate grip. He's just another dumbass affiliate making noise trying to give a program a bad name because he doesn't know how to read, or tell time for that matter.

If he put half the effort into solving his own problems as he has this thread none of this would have happened. The things hes complaining about are his own fault, not cashrings.

You are completely delusional. He made numerous contact attemts. Can't you read? What does telling time have to do with anything? The internet is 24hrs. You know that. If he left a message or emailed them at 3am their time for example they could answer when they got in the office.

You're just jumping on him to make yoruself feel better and because you are flying their signature.

it took my buddy 2 weeks of constant contacts to get someone to at least answer him for a missing payment. TWICE. What does that tell you?

I understand how sometimes, people may find me "cold" or "rude" on ICQ if I'm doing a million things at a time, but please keep in mind I'M NOT A SUPPORT REP.

However when people do ICQ me with their issues, I make sure to send them to support, or help them if I have the time. However when no one contacts me, there isn't much I can do with that.

1- In regards to your e-mail, I still have a copy of it and it was sent on the 27 of June and not 17 days ago. If you wish I can forward you a copy. My reply was to allow me 48 hours to pull out all the payments from epassport that were sent to your account.
2- In regards to your payment and as stated in your payment history, yes you will receive a payment on June 30th for the period from the 6 to 12.
You are asking to get paid till the 20th of June as well which is not feasible because for that period you will get paid on July 7th. Our program pays 2 weeks behind and that is how it is done for all affiliates as a procedure for payment verification and processing time.
3- For the chargebacks, yes if you are on the pay per signup program and a member charges back his membership then unfortunately we have to deduct it from your payment as you have previously been paid for it.
4- For having your post deleted, you need to check the board a bit more because if you have a question related to your account posted in the wrong category, we just move it under the program related topic so that each category covers what it should actually cover.

I hope this clarifies things for you and please come to us directly rather than make false accusations on the board. You have all our e-mails, icqs and phone number. We have been in this business for a long time and count on staying for even longer.

True, in all honesty, since you have sorted my problems I should indeed have contacted you. However, in my own defence, I contacted about everyone else (INCLUDING my account rep!), and used every other means of communication (barring smoke signals) to resolve the issue.

You have also fixed the fact that my stats were not reporting the correct PPS amounts. Excellent. After 17 days you've managed to answer my questions and correct the problems with my affiliate area.

My post on the forum was deleted, not moved. There is another post I made today I think that still exists.

I've sent you 5 emails, icqed you numerous times, left a forum message, and practically pleaded for 4 days with Bryan to have you answer my questions and sort my stats. In the end it takes me to post on GFY to get your attention. And the reason? Because you want to save face.

Let me give you some advice, Lara. Concentrate more on looking after your affiliates and you wont need to save face and damage control on gfy. Do a crap job and, sweetheart, other affiliates will go public as well. Do your job properly and this fiasco will never be repeated. If you worked for me, I'd fire your worthless ass in a heart beat.

Now get back to work :)

I will apologize for the tone of my first posts in this thread. It seems this all boils down to what situations like this usually do: miscommunication. Whether that was due to contact form issues, internal communication problems on our side, forum confusion, etc... doesn't matter at this point now that the damage has been done.

Hopefully, however, it is reversible damage. There are always ways to fix things, and you must bear in mind the most important aspect here: do you make money with us? IMHO you should not base business decisions on personal issues (although that's completely upto you). That is something I myself had to learn, as I was quite the arrogant, rebellious youth. (OK, some things don't change :1orglaugh )

I can tell you for a fact that I have to sometimes work with people I cannot stand; it's for the good of the company though, and thus my own, so I do it.

Anyhow I will be on ICQ for awhile still if you feel like discussing things.

Well that's good to hear. Lets hope it stays in practice.

But as a side note to this. From the time I had to contact someone as well as when my buddy was trying to contact someone ICQ, email AND support form were used. It was only Micheal who was able to get any answers to either of us,, I didn;t always like the answers but at least I was answered. Next time I will try contacting you if all else fails, although I don't promote your product anymore. I've moved on to other things. Lara is a waste of sock space when it comes to support. I will say it bluntly.

Maybe it's just forgetfulness to answer contacts? I dunno. I realize you must all have a pretty heavy workload running that company. Dating sites are not a simple affair to keep running. It takes lots of maintenance and overhead, I realize that, but your customers and affiliates come first. No one more important than the other.

Thank you for the advice but I take my job very seriously and we always reply within 48 hours depending on the day. If an investigation is in order then we will let you know that we re looking into it. Inflating the dates to make people feel bad for you is just unfair for all of us who actually work to support affiliates. From GFY it shows that you constantly do this so I will return to my work and if you need anything else just contact me bor call me for support.

I cannot believe you are still dragging this out. However, since you're practically calling me a liar, my concience will not allow me to let this slide.

I sent the first form email on June 11th. It was my birthday so I remember the date. I sent 4 others. Only the last of which, on June 28th, did you reply to me.

On 24th June, 5:39pm gfy time, I spoke to Bryan on icq. He did not have authority to answer my questions on payments and, as even Varius pointed out in my email yesterday, did not know how to answer my other questions. He said you were out of the office but he would ask you to contact me. Each day for 4 days I asked him if he would get you for me, each day he said he would, but I got no email, no answers, no resolution.

I cannot prove I sent 5 form emails because only you have that data but I can prove that I spoke to Bryan on 24th June because it is logged by a thread here on gfy : this thread here .

I tried my very best to keep your name out of this on GFY. I tried my very best to keep reminding people that it was a problem with my account and not with CashRing as a whole. I even remarked that I was very happy indeed with the per unique earnings of about $0.12 for me.

However, you call me a Liar, as much to my face as you will ever get the chance, and you further have the impertinence to assume I would ever consider doing business with you or the organisation you represent. You lie. Do you think I want you in charge of my future payments?

You keep remarking that I make a habit of bashing CashRing on gfy so as to make me out to seem like a hater or someone out to do you harm. Also a lie. I have placed about 4 threads on gfy - pull them up if you wish - all of which were a result of this issue or not being able to get answers for several days.

As for getting simpathy goes. What a joke! I'm a grown man, not a child. I posted on GFY for one reason: to get support! Whether you grasp it or not, forums like GFY actually regulate our industry. Think about it for a moment. Will you slack in your duties again in the future? No! Of course not, you don't want another set of complaints publically made against you. Therefore gfy has regulated your behavior in a positive way.

Lara, you fucked up, I lost my patience and used GFY because I knew it would get my questions answered and my scripting problems fixed. The haters, not me, jumped on the bandwagon and started bashing away. CashRing reps, variu and you included, started a system of damage control - some of which involved trying to discredit me. This is the truth of it.

I have respect for Varius. He's a nice, intelligent, obviously professional individual. You, Lara, are a poor poor excuse for an industry employee.
