Their custom cancel url is not opening:

and signup form timed also out 5 out of 8 attempts :(

Join pages are working for me. The URL you posted doesn't work for me though.

The exact string is in my first post - the custom cancel script just times out, no authentication error, nothing at all.

And customers who can't cancel = chargebacks! :(

Why do you want me to contact you privately, doesn't this possibly concern everyone who uses your custom cancel from? Or do you have something to hide? :)

The string you have posted above is incorrect in a couple ways and I thought perhaps it may be easier to resolve this matter off of the board. Please contact me directly if you would like assistance with this matter.
