Their custom cancel url is not opening:

and signup form timed also out 5 out of 8 attempts

The exact string is in my first post - the custom cancel script just times out, no authentication error, nothing at all.

And customers who can't cancel = chargebacks!

The string you have posted above is incorrect in a couple ways and I thought perhaps it may be easier to resolve this matter off of the board. Please contact me directly if you would like assistance with this matter.
