Servermatrix/The Planet rock. I've never had problems with the boxes I've got from them. Though I was accidently billed twice once, but a quick ticket to accounting and it was all cleared up.

I've had a box with them for several years now, never had any problems. Haven't had to speak with them since the box was setup. :thumbsup

Absolutely no problems here with my account. Very reputable :)

Ive been using them for about 6 months. Ive had no problems with my server or downtime. The only thing I can say is that the few times I have called Tech-Support, they've been kinda rude and pretty much worthless.

they've helped me all the time and i had somany qustions... they went beyond helping and did some maintenace for free still

those guys are great, i have a 20Mbps box with them and their support has been great to me personally!

Reputable? Fuck yeah! My all time favorite hosting company. Why go for the average when you have the best?

Slow support??? Never... I call them and they answer on like the first or second ring any time of the day. I signed up with them because they are in Dallas, been to their datacenter a couple times. It's pretty cool and secure. If you are a customer in Dallas you can schedule to use their conference rooms for free.

i havent had a problem with them. i can safely say they have my vouch

ah, ppl think support on servermatrix is fast? cool, but i prefer theplanet any day.
