Some pics with my new camera of my preggo gf (pics)

Natalie and I went down to the lake today and tried out my new camera... it's my first try so some are too bright, some are too dark... but all in all, I think they turned out rather well.

Cute cat. Looks like you live in a small town.

By the way. what camera is it?

get ready for a barrage of scathing comments

Sly 05-21-2005 05:43 PM

It seems like everyone is having babies lately. I know about 4 people in the industry that have had a baby within the past 2 weeks and I know a couple more who are due within the next 2 weeks. Pretty crazy.

Oh, I'm ready for it... these pictures are FAR from perfect. And my gf is pregnant, so I'm sure I won't get many comments about how much of a perfect 10 she is.

Like I said, it's a new camera, I'm just playing with it... trying different things.

Yeah, nothing any of these guys say can affect me much. teen agers who can't get laid and spend all their time at their computer trying to earn rent money don't have a lot of self confidence, so they take it out on others whom they're jealous of. I take their attacks as a compliment. And thanx, yeah... my baby boy is in there and I couldn't be any happier about it. She's a great mother already and I look forward to our future :thumbsup

Because I'm not so religious that I think of a baby out of wedlock as such a huge sin.

Have you had your first baby?? Tried to pay for EVERYTHING you need for a baby??

We'll do it when we can do it properly... with family, friends and our primary focus where it should be. For now, all our attention and money is on the baby... which is where it needs to be.

PS. we've known each other for over 12 years... and we're going to be raising the baby together, so who cares if we're married in the next month or two?

mrthumbs 05-21-2005 06:44 PM

Man.. an upcoming baby must really fuck up a guys head.

If this would be my view in the morning id run and never look back.

mrthumbs 05-21-2005 06:45 PM

Then again.. it makes me appreciate you more as a person.. you're a real man. Goin through all this and still be fucking proud where id put a .45 in my mouth or fly to mexico.. gotta hand it to you.

Nonsense.

His girlfriend, like every pregnant woman the world has ever seen, looks like a beached whale. I'm sure she used to be beautiful, and I'm equally sure she will be again, but right now she is pregnant, and it's a simple fact that all pregnant women look like beached whales.

Thanks for sharing...

Taking shots at people for humour's sake is easy - I do it myself.

Sharing a part of your life in a sincere way as you have is something to be respected.

It looks like you have a wonderful relationship and I trust that you will be a good father, so best wishes on a happy and healthy baby.

Cheers,

ADG Webmaster

I don't want to use birth control properly, I'm looking forward to having a child. Just because we haven't married yet doesn't mean we haven't put a lot of thought into this. We didn't just meet for the first time.

gecko 05-21-2005 06:51 PM

Thanks, I appreciate that... I hope I can be a good father. I will do my absolute best and just pray that it's good enough.

yeah, it's a preference thing... some people find pregnant women to just be fat chicks.

Some people think they're the very essance of beauty.

I don't know, I'm somewhere in between... neither here nor there. I'm just very proud of her and extremely happy about our baby.

She's beautiful to me no matter what anyone ends up saying. I'll be the first to admit she's not a perfect 10, hell... she's not even a 5 as far as models go... because she's not a model. But then again, I'd NEVER date a model, much less want to spend the rest of my life with one. :winkwink:

Theyve been together for over 12 years.. getting married to have a commitment that is not as easy to walk away from is pretty lame.

Its no insurance things will go OK and if things DO go wrong marriage commitments make things worse because its not that easy anymore to walk away.

WarChild 05-21-2005 07:06 PM

At first glance I thought the first picture was headless :(

if you are with someone all those years then something is not right becuase if this person was the one you would make the commitment. Kids do best on stabilty marriage gives children that .Also if walking away is something your thinking about you shouldnt be having children.

Actually she does look very pregnant and very happy... far from a 'beached whale'.

Nice Pix and a nice b-day present. Take lots of pix of her and your son. :)

Marriage gives kids nothing. Good parenting and love does.

Ive seen marriages (the sitatuation where people think theyre stuck and really need to be somewhere else than with each other) do more harm to children than good.

Marriage is nothing more than a piece of paper which costs a fortune to over turn if needed.

Besides, in Canada.. when a couple lives together for a certain amount of time, they become common law and are governed under the same laws as a married couple. No difference except that there's no certificate.

So by law, we're married now... regardless of a ceremony. So why not wait a little longer?

jact 05-21-2005 07:26 PM

Someone shit in your wheeties today, Tony?

myjah 05-21-2005 07:41 PM

She is glowing and beautiful! Congrats to the both of you! And your camera looks like it takes great pics!

If my memory serves me correctly, this is a little miracle baby in terms of medicine. Nathalie wasn't supposed to be able to have children - which explains then not using birth control. As for getting married - I know many people who were married before having children and are doing a horrible job at it. It means absolutely nothing. If you're committed to the well-being of the child, whether you're married, common-law or divorced - your top priority will be the child and making sure your responsibilities as a parent are met and that child is loved, nurtured and taken care of.

:2 cents:

OOOOPPPPSSS Got carried away and didn't add that she looks ravishing pregnant, Stuart. I wish I'd have looked that good in the eighth month! I hope she has a good delivery. :) A Leo like me hehehehe
