Nope I dont think that they do. And if you are one of the little guys with them, you will still get the great customer service and processing, and everything that you would expect. But the only way to get more, is to live in the area, or go to all the parties that they throw, that you helped pay for.

If you are doing enough volume to cascade you should be working merchant accounts d00t, you know that! ;)
